Really great addition to Checkout Extensibility. Have been able to stop our reliance on custom checkout.liquid code and switch to a much simpler & highly configurable way to include things like dynamic shipping warnings/estimated production times and custom fields for tax details/EORI, etc. Look forward to testing upsell functions.

As a brand that took an early leap to checkout extensibility, checkout blocks saved the day! It is a quick and easy way to help us customize our checkout to parity on the front-end. It's a strong 4 stars! There are some minor kinks otherwise it would be 5 stars.

If you're in the market for checkout customizations start here, this solves so many problems for store owners. Terms and conditions, po box validation, custom order data at checkout - and more. Initially you may see sticker shock but the app is well worth it.

As a user of this application, I have encountered numerous problems while using it. One of the most frustrating things is the lack of an online chat feature. Whenever I need support, I have to wait for hours to get a response. Unfortunately, the support service is probably the worst that I have ever encountered. When I do get a response, it's usually just incomprehensible screenshots and messages stating that my request has been sent to the technical department. One time, I spent my entire day trying to change the name of the delivery. However, I had to wait for hours just to get a response from the support team. Even after numerous requests, the problem persisted and nothing was done to resolve it. Eventually, they wrote that they would transfer the information about the problem to someone else, which was not helpful at all. Overall, my experience with this application has been very negative, and I regret having purchased a plan for 1 year. I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient application. 05/04/24 I am writing to express my concerns regarding continuous functionality issues with your application, which remain unresolved despite my previous communications with your support team. The most recent incident occurred on April 20th, and as of today, May 4th, I am still unable to access the essential functions of the application. I have fulfilled my payment obligations for the promised service, yet the persistent issues have significantly hindered my ability to use the service effectively. This situation is impacting my store and I am extremely dissatisfied with the ongoing disruptions. I urgently request a thorough investigation into these issues, a clear timeline for when they will be resolved, and a statement regarding compensation for the period the service has been unavailable or dysfunctional. Mind you, this is above and beyond many apps who would not respond to you over the weekend. Pretty versatile tool - provides the option for deeper customization for the tech-savvy but remains entirely straightforward for the average person. Customer support is great and knowledgeable. Only downside is the price-tag being a bit unreasonable for most merchants.

Love checkout blocks and their support team! They are always super quick to respond and resolve any issues I am having within one email. The app itself is very easy to use and is super helpful in creating upsells and displaying messaging to customers within checkout.

This is one of the most complete and customizable checkout block apps out there. For the price it will let you to take advantage of all the new checkout customizations available to sellers, replacing a large number of smaller checkout customization apps. Incredibly well documented and customizable!

This app is great. We especially love it because of it's display rules around discount codes in the checkout, as we do a lot with it and couldn't find it in in any other app. Additionally, the support ist next level. Gil ist super nice and helpful. Big recommendation! Best regards from Germany :)
