Please let us use customer and order metafields in ThankYou and OrderStatus pages, otherwise this app is completely useless in these pages.

It is OK, but like every other Free Shopify app, it is just OK. Never bother with Free Shopify apps, because you will always be disappointed!

Product is good, however features keep being removed. It's free for plus merchants now, but if you want to add free gifts to checkout, you have to pay $200/mo. In that latest update, they even removed adding items to checkout (which we used to add a free item with a discount code). Also no compatability with Global-E Shopify Markets, had issues with discount code blocks not triggering and was told to talk to Global-E by shopify support.

The blocks do not remain in the placement where you set them. They seem to jump around to different locations, depending on log-in status, for example.

Support is not very responsive or helpful with Checkout Blocks. On average it took 3.5 days for a response and often requires a follow up reminder. The interface is clunky and not intuitive but I understand it make take some creativity to integrate with the existing checkout codebase. We are still waiting to hear back about a bug that we reported 1/11.

Unfortunately the bug in question is on Shopify’s end. We’re at their mercy on when (if ever) it will be fixed. We’ll work to lower the average response going forward with our dedicated support team. Thanks for your feedback!
