Shopify Checkout Blocks

Its a good start, but I'm hoping it expands and becomes better with more features. I currently have a date picker that I can't exclude disabled days as lead days, so as soon as it gets to Thursday customers are able to selected Monday when it should be Tuesday or later as I have excluded weekends as delivery days but no way to exclude as a lead day. I assume this will also not work for blackout days. I would of talked directly to the app developers but there is no dedicated contact service for the app but the generic shopify help, who, when I explained I wanted to add function to a checkout block dynamic content block, wrote a reply ignoring the app and included liquid code which I have no way of deploying as I have no access to the checkout code.

Nice, but why should I pay 200$ when there are similar apps for 5$/month?

Really great addition to Checkout Extensibility. Have been able to stop our reliance on custom checkout.liquid code and switch to a much simpler & highly configurable way to include things like dynamic shipping warnings/estimated production times and custom fields for tax details/EORI, etc. Look forward to testing upsell functions.

As a brand that took an early leap to checkout extensibility, checkout blocks saved the day! It is a quick and easy way to help us customize our checkout to parity on the front-end. It's a strong 4 stars! There are some minor kinks otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Support has been great helping me implement blocks on our checkout page. They are quick to answer questions.

As a user of this application, I have encountered numerous problems while using it. One of the most frustrating things is the lack of an online chat feature. Whenever I need support, I have to wait for hours to get a response. Unfortunately, the support service is probably the worst that I have ever encountered. When I do get a response, it's usually just incomprehensible screenshots and messages stating that my request has been sent to the technical department. One time, I spent my entire day trying to change the name of the delivery. However, I had to wait for hours just to get a response from the support team. Even after numerous requests, the problem persisted and nothing was done to resolve it. Eventually, they wrote that they would transfer the information about the problem to someone else, which was not helpful at all. Overall, my experience with this application has been very negative, and I regret having purchased a plan for 1 year. I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient application. 05/04/24 I am writing to express my concerns regarding continuous functionality issues with your application, which remain unresolved despite my previous communications with your support team. The most recent incident occurred on April 20th, and as of today, May 4th, I am still unable to access the essential functions of the application. I have fulfilled my payment obligations for the promised service, yet the persistent issues have significantly hindered my ability to use the service effectively. This situation is impacting my store and I am extremely dissatisfied with the ongoing disruptions. I urgently request a thorough investigation into these issues, a clear timeline for when they will be resolved, and a statement regarding compensation for the period the service has been unavailable or dysfunctional. Pretty versatile tool - provides the option for deeper customization for the tech-savvy but remains entirely straightforward for the average person. Customer support is great and knowledgeable. Only downside is the price-tag being a bit unreasonable for most merchants.

Still early days using the app but it is clearly VERY powerful and well thought-out. Incredible potential here and excited to grow with them.

Support is not very responsive or helpful with Checkout Blocks. On average it took 3.5 days for a response and often requires a follow up reminder. The interface is clunky and not intuitive but I understand it make take some creativity to integrate with the existing checkout codebase. We are still waiting to hear back about a bug that we reported 1/11.

Gil is extremely helpful with all aspects of the app. Whatever you need, without code, this app can provide in checkout.

Excellent app! This is a must have for any Shopify Plus store. The level of customisation and display rules makes this app a cut above the rest

This app is great. We especially love it because of it's display rules around discount codes in the checkout, as we do a lot with it and couldn't find it in in any other app. Additionally, the support ist next level. Gil ist super nice and helpful. Big recommendation! Best regards from Germany :)

Gil has amazing customer support and is always there to help you. The app is super easy to use and generates enough review to cover the costs.
