The App is hard to use. I started a campaign, and yet the ads are not being pushed to the internet.

I need help. Really someone who can help. If I could speak to someone when I'm not sure what I'm doing, I would feel so much better. I don't know if this app will help or not.

So far it is far too complicated and we are thinking of disconnecting from the app. We would want more guidance.

It appears to have the right integration tools. But I am finding it bit hard to navigate through the tasks to complete my first campaign. I will revisit this review after completing the campaign.

Good so far my ROAS is very good, time will tell if the campaigns mature and provide consistent returns. Update: 2 months in.. still having very good roas... But not getting enough traffic, my budget is not really being used.. customer service is a bit slow

It is easy to set up and use I like to thank them for the easy understanding of this app as most are highly complicated.

It looks like a good tool but a little hard to get used to. I am still into day two of trying to navigate it. They don't have the option to pay annually (customer service emailed me back), even though the app store appears to suggest that you could get 20% off if you pay annually.

Google Ads is making me write a minimum 100 word review before I use the product which is quite annoying. Hopefully the product is great though when I test it out on Shopify.
