Used to use this before and liked it, decided on a change of promotional direction so disconnected it. Recently thought about the app again but noticed In short its a great app and saved us a few ££ too.

Great app so far! Very clean templates, lots of configuration, and the optimization suggestions are a nice touch. Will stick with it for a while and see how things go over time.

We've just signed up to Receiptful and so far we're loving it. Easy to integrate with Shopify and easy to use. Looking forward to using some of the more advanced features once we settle in the basics.

A fantastic app with brilliant features! An essential addition for anyone who values customer satisfaction and loyalty. The UI is clean and simple, so producing email content is quick and easy. Adii and the rest of the team are extremely helpful, and are always super quick to reply (one has to wonder whether or not they sleep)! Highly recommended. Get this app!

The free version of the app has definitely increased our customer retention and the support staff is extremely helpful! Aleana worked with us for as long as it took to work out our specific complications and everything runs very smoothly now. Excellent, would definitely recommend!

I had signed up for Receiptful because I liked how their templates looked. They are very clean, which customers like to see as well. After signing up, I hit my quota for the free receipts, so I upgraded to the Premium level. I put off setting up the Premium features, but then I received an email from the support team (Julia) stating they wanted to set up the features themselves for my business. I obviously agreed, thinking they would change around a few settings and call it a day. When I received notification stating they finished, I took a look into my account and saw they had set up 4 completely finished email templates. One for a customer welcome email, one for a reminder to use a discount before it expired, one to encourage social sharing of their purchase, and one to ask for feedback about their purchase. I was blown away at their level of service and it felt like they really cared about my success. They went over the top and their customer service is outstanding. I will be using them for a long time and their services are highly recommended from me! 11/10

The customer service is absolutely outstanding, above and beyond what you can expect from an app. The receipts are beautiful and well thought out, and you have tons of options when creating them. These guys know what they are doing. Not only that they offer a number of extra options such as recommendations that will increase your conversions right in your store!! We are incredibly happy with this app, the founder Adii is an amazing character who seems to work the same 18 hour days that we do and answers with lightening fast speed. Can not say enough good things about this App. A+++++++

We use Receiptful on www.toolanddyedesigns.com and absolutely love it! Easy install as well as configuration. Their team is also very helpful should you have questions etc.

This is a great service, the receipt that the customer gets is really cute and gives them the option to provide simple star rating feedback or the option to write more. This app has really enhanced our overall customer experience

It's a great app that is developed, instantly sending receipts with recommendations of next purchase for our customers. What we like best too is their discount coupons that are automatically included in the emails sent out. This has brought sales again when our customers purchased within a month of their last purchase. Support from Receiptful is always prompt with reply not beyond 24 hours. A definite app to get for all online shops. Well done!
