I am only using the receipt (free) part of the app, but I can say set up was easy. Even on the free plan, I was able to customize the look of my company's receipts to something I think will be useful for customers.

Great app. Has made us around $20,000 extra revenue since we added to our store. Recommendations also seem to work really well for us.

Receiptful is almost a perfect app. The receipts are beautiful, and the ability to collect feedback and respond directly through the feedback feature provides a great channel of communication and insight. The one big flaw with the feedback feature is the inability to display the reviews on your website, allowing you to build credibility with new customers-- not to mention the extra content you'd be able to add, which would probably help your homepage/website get some nice SEO benefits. If you're a premium subscriber, you can add a search bar that auto-populates like swiftype, which looks great. I haven't tested the analytics, but i assume it should be pretty solid. One big issue that's kept me from becoming a paid subscriber is the template editor for follow up emails. They look horrible and you're extremely limited on the customization. If they could make the template editor similar to Spently, that would be extremely powerful.

Very useful and very easy to use. Send beautiful custom receipts instead of the standard ones within Shopify. I love how easy this app is to use.

Excellent Free service. This has allowed me to easily send receipts to clients, so I don't get anymore emails asking for the receipt. The feedback tool is great too. Awesome receipts, easy and free.

Ive used Conversific for a while, I'm really pleased with the data and email marketing automation :) Its Also very easy to install!

So pleased with this app. Finally my emails look professionally branded rather than how they looked with the plain old Shopify templates. Also using their Product Recommendations service for my site and this works so much better than others I have used and so much simpler to install. Great Support as well. Highly recommended.

I just started using the free Receiptful on our new, recently-revamped website that we just launched on Shopify and am thoroughly impressed and am considering the paid version of Receiptful. It is very impressive with a lot of neat functionality and everything is very seamless and integrated with my Shopify store. The creation of discount codes and offers to extend to customers for referrals or to return to your store is all great and I love that it sets up the codes automatically in the back-end without having to import bulk amounts of discount codes. Once I have time to fully dive into all of the features I am sure I will be upgrading to one of the paid plans as it all seems very beneficial and revenue-generating. I was trying to find a way to get feedback from customers and also to ask them to come back and review the products they purchased, and it seems that the paid version of Receiptful would make all of this simple and integrated.
