We have this app on four of our stores. Going to start using the Newsletter addon now :) We have used other abandon cart apps but now use Conversio on all - it is the BEST and easiest to use. Support is very good. Full marks for pushing the envelope and continually improving your product!

Have been using Conversio for a few years now as initially was a fantastic app that sent nicely designed receipts to customers when we approved their order. Since changing over to Conversio there have been many many new features added which are very helpful! The team is also quick to respond and knowledgeable which is always good.

An amazing, all-in-one tool that should be standard on every site looking to improve marketing and sales. Newsletters, customers service, abandon carts, garnering reviews, the list goes on...this app does it all.

We´re using Conversio since a month and it is really a great tool! We love all the features and the support is just great. They are there for you any time and help you with your problems. You also get a lot of interesting fact about your store and great templates for email flows. I would definitely recommend to use this app for your store.

Used the free for awhile, switched up to paid version once the trial ends. I would say it's a very helpful app. Although after reaching out twice fro support on a specific question I had, I've been ignored

We moved from Kaviyo to Conversio and it has been a real blessing. Much more targeted for exactly what we needed and simpler to figure out for those of us who aren't slick online marketers. Thank for all you guys are doing to make the service better month to month! Great job!

Thank you so much Adii for the blessing that is Conversio. I currently use Conversio on all three of my e-Commerce sites (as well as recommending it to my consultancy clients) and it's value simply cannot be understated. From the range of features (I mean, how many apps give you email flows, reviews AND search functions among others), to the easy integration and the great notifications, Conversio not only makes business more efficient but so much more effective. It literally prints money! And a 33% abandoned cart recovery rate? That's INSANE! But I'll take it. I am a customer for life.

This is the best app we have been using and is a must for every Shopify store. We have been using this app for about 2 months and it has generated additional sales; eg: abandoned cart, recommendations and also love the feedback from the customers. Very easy to install.

Learning curve is a little steep, but customer service is there to help. Visually this just never compared to mailchimp (can't outline my buttons, etc. little visual things) so I continued using mailchimp for newsletters.

We have been using Conversio on all 3 of our Shopify stores since we started them. I love this app! Reliable, easy to use, and adds so much functionality. My current favorite are the feedback widgets. I love getting to share our customers feedback with our website viewers. Thanks for a great app!
