They do a great job and is a nice solution for abandoned carts, newsletters and reviews all in one. Might seem a little pricey, but it is a 3-in-1 solution.

Conversion has been a wonderful addition to our online strategy at somethingsexyplanet.com. We enjoy great insight and control over our customer lists and the results have been terrific. Customer support is among the best we've experienced in 20 years online. Conversio is an easy choice for any serious Shopify retailer.

The robust receipts and the followup flow, ask for reviews, happy anniversary etc, are wonderful! I have seen a huge increase in the number of reviews I receive since adding Conversio to my store. The fact that I can share them on Twitter & Facebook is a big deal! I was using the free version of Yotpo before switching to Conversio and it would have cost me $400 a month with Yotpo if I wanted that capability. The one drawback is that my customers can only share the review via the email request I send them. They cannot go to my product page and leave a review directly on my website. The Newsletter template is fairly easy to use, but there are a few limitations as well. I'd like to implement a double opt-in when I import a list but that isn't possible as of yet. That being said, the support team is incredible and I'm sure the points that I mentioned will eventually be worked out.

We installed this tool a month now and it's already proven to help catch sales via the Conversio email marketing tool. We love it! We especially love seeing the emails notifying us how many abandoned carts we have recovered! Additionally, Adii from Conversio has been particularly helpful and on several occasions and even helped us setup our newsletter. And if that's not enough, he also sends super useful blogs about tips and tricks to help increase email conversion rates. All in all best decision to sign up with Conversio! Wow! This app really has a lot of the functionality that I was looking for. Automated emails, abandoned cart responses, analytic reports, etc. Awesome and worth the cost. Pays back in a day or two per month!

The conversion rate is low of abandoned carts. Moreover they stopped all my campaigns and haven't informed me. I lost many sales because of that

I was using this app for years... Recently, they changed it to premium only which is fine, but never let me know they would delete all of my data including feedback data if I didn't switch over (I would have exported it had I known) I expressed my disappointment and they emailed me saying it would cost $100/hr to recover the data. LOL. You decide if you would like to work with these people, I have moved on.

Really great App and proved it's money worth within the first week of using it. The people at conversio are also really helpful if you have any questions or issues. Within 24hours they resolved an issue that I had (the issue wasn't the app's fault). One of the biggest plusses for me is that in addition of creating a great email workflow they can also create customised discounts in shopify.
