Super happy with Conversio. Allows us to put everything into one system (review requests, newsletters, product recommendations, etc) that we were patch-working together before. Customer service is top-notch, too. Any problems we've run into, or tweaks we need to make is always taken care of it quickly.

A. Their review system and receipts are, by far, the the most customizable. B. The Newsletter option is a MUCH better deal than Mailchimp. I have a large list and the design part is very simple to use. C. It is an amazing addition but the best part is the customer service. They are VERY quick to reply and address a question. D. They are always looking for ways to improve and grow my store in a very competitive market. I've been with them a long time and it is the one of 2 apps I tell everyone they have to have when starting a store. the other is a SEO app. - Lawren from KarmaArm.com

Conversio has been such a pleasant surprise! First off, the team is incredibly responsive and helpful - thank you Becs, DeWet and founder Adii. Being able to customize and turn on automation touch points with expert guidance is exactly what we needed and it works. We are converting more customers than ever before with Conversio's abandon cart, win back, follow up, reviews, feedback, etc. The dashboard also provides excellent information so we know what's actually working. Lastly, we look forward to using their newsletter feature and if successful we could save hundreds of dollars per month so I'll be sure to chime in with an update. Thanks Conversio!

This app is a major time saver, with easy to use features and lighting fast support, even during my 30-day trial and now the basic level that I pay for. It comes with pre-built follow-up email sequences and templates that help take the guessing out of my day so I can focus on other more on big picture and creative work that I started my business for. I have 2 young children so the last thing I want to spend time on is to figure out the technology or the right phrases to use on a receipt, coupon, or upset email in the middle of the night. Conversio takes care of of all these things for me. And their "Sales" focus emails help me keep my writing short and sweet (vs spending hours on building a similar campaign on Mailchimp campaign). The interface runs smoothly and fast, which I love. Plus their support team are alway very quick to return with to-the-point answers. You will not be disappointed! The generous 30-day free trial was enough for me to see returns. 2 weeks in, I knew I was keeping the app as one of my highest performing Shopify apps.

Great App and customer support! So many tools and a simple interface to improve customer engagement, recover abandoned carts, get product reviews, increase customer follow up, etc... Keep it up!

I have tried few different email marketing apps but nothing compares to this app. The app works great. The customer service is superb. They are always available to answer any question you have. They have really helped me manage all my marketing with everything in one place, and I appreciate that it's mostly quite easy to use! I had difficulty with some aspects but Adi and his team have been super helpful and efficient in helping me get everything sorted.

Love it so far! The app easily pays for itself and MORE. I like the ability to create followup campaigns and track revenue generated from each campaign. Also i applaud your new billing change to averaging orders out over 12 months. Much better than going off of the last 30 days since orders can fluctuate so much seasonally.

Conversio is a relatively simply email marketing tool to plug into your online store. The initial setup has been easy and the Conversio support are very responsive and willing to troubleshoot any issues that arise. The tool offers additional widgets that can be added to your web store's product pages to allow product recommendations and product reviews directly on pages. This has increased impressions and is starting to lead to conversions too!

Installed 2 years ago and haven't had to touch it since. It does what you need it to, day after day after day! Worth every penny.

Conversio makes it really easy to automate our email communication and we've seen a constant 10:1 return on investment during the past two years. Adii and his team are easily approachable and they're roadmap in terms of coming functionality is clearly stated in their dashboard. Keep up the great work!
