I have been using Receiptful since I opened my store. I started with a way to change the default receipts from Shopify because I just didn't like how they looked. Receiptful had a tool that looked great, and worked well and best of all it was FREE! At the time, I had not even sold a single item, so free was good for me. As I began advertising and selling products to customers, Receiptful sent beautiful receipts to my customers with discount codes to entice them to come back with in two weeks (this has never worked for me). With every receipt was also the ability for the customer to provide feedback in a very simple way. They click a green Happy face, or Red sad face. After they click a face, they can provide feedback. We quickly found that although to this day a customer has not used a coupon they mostly provide feedback which has been even more valuable! As we began to grow in website traffic Receiptful added a new feature that helped with Cross-Sells. This was a lacking feature in Shopify, and I was looking for a way to try to convert the 1,000 visitors to my site. I had to upgrade my account to a non-free account to give it a try... So I did... I upgraded my account and updated my liquid files... Within a few hours I got an email from Receiptful telling me I made money! WHAT THE HECK!? :) :) I logged in and found that someone actually bought something from me!!! And they bought it because they saw that product based on the suggestion from Receiptful. After that, more and more started to come in... It worked like a charm! They didn't stop there though. A few weeks later they added a new feature that follow's up with your customers... I was using an external CRM tool to complete this, at another cost of $19.99 a month. I was able to cancel that subscription and use Receiptfuls built in tool. It was a feature I can use with my current cost, and it started to unify the email look and feel that my customers received. Next they added Notification Templates, and although this may not seem like a major feature, to me it changed our business. I did not like how my Account Creation emails looked one way, my invoices looked another, and my follow ups looked like my invoices... When this feature came out, they provided a way to very easily build email templates that you can replace in Shopify. This feature makes EVERY email you send to your customer look the same, in the same format and very easily! When this feature came out, we had a meeting and decided to modify all of our communications. We used this tool to build our emails, and we have seen a response rate of 80% on our emails. Now this is because of the email content, but we would not have been able to so quickly put our strategy in place with this incredible tool. Next they added Cart Abandonment... This is a MUST have! I was using another app on Shopify for this.. but the email templates looked different than the other emails I was sending. This app was another 19.99 and Receiptful has it built in! I configured the abandon cart, and within two days I had a recovery! The customer service is superb. So great that I didn't even have to call them. When I signed up for my pay account, I selected the wrong plan which would have cost me double... Reciptful sent ME an email telling me they suggested I lower my plan based on my sales... I save money, and they get an A+ in my book I rely on Receiptful every day with every order and I will continue to as my business grows and expands. I cannot wait to see what the next set of features they come out with, I'm sure they will be superb. I recommend this app to every store out there.

I couldn't rave enough about how amazing Adii & the team at Receiptful are! There customer service is always outstanding and they are always willing to help and go above and beyond. The product is wonderful and the "value add" is great for any business that wants to do more for their customers as well as creating more revenue generating avenues. Receiptful continues to impress me with their constant innovation & added tools to help me grow my business. I would recommend anyone to use this service as it is outstanding. Thank you for your wonderful support Recieptful & helping me grow my business.

This is such a great app. I was concerned a little at first, because I didn't want to run an app that would bombard my customers with popups and "BUY BUY BUY" emails every 2 seconds. I was very happily surprised with Receiptful. Its emails are fully customisable by me, and I have full control over the look, feel, tone of the campaigns and customer receipts that are sent. This may be blatantly obvious to most, but embarrassing as it is to say, I missed it at first, so make sure that if you're including a coupon code for first-time shoppers, that you edit it properly on the coupon itself as well as in the accompanying email so that they match, ie. are you giving a 10% discount or a $10 off voucher, for example. The customer service and support provided for this app is fantastic, very responsive, and personal. I recommend it highly.

Adii, Julia and the others are great! Quick response time and great customer service. In time you'll see that the APP is the one to have. Receipts are only one thing they provide! Just try it out and find out the variety of what they manage! GREAT!

I have used this app for quite a while now and love the way it's so easy to set up. My repeat business has gone up quite substantially because the emails look so good now. I found it so labour intensive to have to create a discount code, mail it to the customer, send a reminder and finally take off the code. Now it's all done automatically and I don't even need to think about it. I can even set different campaigns to go to different customers - first timers, repeat customer etc. I've just installed the cart abandonment part of the app (no extra charge!). So much better than the basic Shopify because it send out 3 reminders to come back rather than the 1. Absolutely Brilliant! Only one thing, I would like a little more control over the recommendations made by the app, but I understand there is something in the pipeline. I think this app is a definite must, it's fantastic value for money and the team at Receiptful are always adding brilliant things to it. It's so much more than just sending receipts. I can't recommend it enough and the team are so helpful and prompt in their responses. They even send out really helpful marketing emails, not the usual rubbish you get from so called 'experts'. I have read the other reviews and can't even begin to understand the negative one. I guess if someone doesn't want to invest more than $5 for marketing... well...?

I love the look of my receipts and how easy it is to use. I have gotten sales out of them. What more can you want?

We initially used only the receipt function of Receiptful having installed the app shortly after our new online store's launch in November. Installation was simple. The repeat business by our customers has been impressive so far with an increase of over 18% as a direct result of using Receiptful, and as of yesterday we turned on most of all the rest of the functions of this app. We anticipate even more repeat purchases. The reporting dashboard is clean and gives you easy to understand metrics at a glance, and the support by the company's customer service team is awesome. This app is definitely one to consider. This app is a great way to personalize emails for your customers and continue to engage them after each sale. The app's user interface is extremely easy to use, with plenty of tools to maximize personalization. Plus, we've seen positive results using Recieptful's upsells. Many of our customers click back into the store after in their cart using the similar product upsell.

99% of the time a receipt is the first interaction the customer will have with you.. so to create a truly great first impression sets up your relationship..and makes you appear truly professional .. and invoice receipts do that. Custom to your own look makes the whole impression consistent and fluid. I don't get why people moan about paying for an app that's going to make you money.. this is a marketing opportunity. If you're not prepared to invest in marketing tools, and ones that work 24/7 for you then you're probably in the wrong game. the Receiptful team are on call in the app itself and go the extra mile to make things work for you. I hope they grow and innovate.

Receiptful is the hot sh**. I signed up for the premium and with in 45 minutes it got a sale it payed for itself with the suggested products wigit. Get it... DO it.. You wont regret it.

I never leave reviews for apps before, so For me to take the time to write this means I truly believe in this app, The receipts have worked great in generating additional revenue and increase after sale and follow up purchases, along now with additional abandon cart features and insights about your store, along with the great customer support, this app is worth downloading and using I recommend trying it out, and see how it can give you that extra boost to your post sale purchases and store revenue.

I can't even believe how well this app worked. 75% open rate was no joke, and upsells have increased. Impressed is an understatement!
