Excellent app. 5-stars customer services.

This is the best app we have been using and is a must for every Shopify store. We have been using this app for about 2 months and it has generated additional sales; eg: abandoned cart, recommendations and also love the feedback from the customers. Very easy to install.

We've been collecting so many more product reviews since setting this app up! Totally great to have this feature automated.

Learning curve is a little steep, but customer service is there to help. Visually this just never compared to mailchimp (can't outline my buttons, etc. little visual things) so I continued using mailchimp for newsletters.

We have been using Conversio on all 3 of our Shopify stores since we started them. I love this app! Reliable, easy to use, and adds so much functionality. My current favorite are the feedback widgets. I love getting to share our customers feedback with our website viewers. Thanks for a great app! Great app, great value with lots of features.

Hands down one of the best apps we've ever used on Shopify. For us it's a simple, effective tool for follow ups and abandoned carts.

They do a great job and is a nice solution for abandoned carts, newsletters and reviews all in one. Might seem a little pricey, but it is a 3-in-1 solution.

Conversion has been a wonderful addition to our online strategy at somethingsexyplanet.com. We enjoy great insight and control over our customer lists and the results have been terrific. Customer support is among the best we've experienced in 20 years online. Conversio is an easy choice for any serious Shopify retailer.

The robust receipts and the followup flow, ask for reviews, happy anniversary etc, are wonderful! I have seen a huge increase in the number of reviews I receive since adding Conversio to my store. The fact that I can share them on Twitter & Facebook is a big deal! I was using the free version of Yotpo before switching to Conversio and it would have cost me $400 a month with Yotpo if I wanted that capability. The one drawback is that my customers can only share the review via the email request I send them. They cannot go to my product page and leave a review directly on my website. The Newsletter template is fairly easy to use, but there are a few limitations as well. I'd like to implement a double opt-in when I import a list but that isn't possible as of yet. That being said, the support team is incredible and I'm sure the points that I mentioned will eventually be worked out.

We installed this tool a month now and it's already proven to help catch sales via the Conversio email marketing tool. We love it! We especially love seeing the emails notifying us how many abandoned carts we have recovered! Additionally, Adii from Conversio has been particularly helpful and on several occasions and even helped us setup our newsletter. Great platform - really easy to use, everything in one place. No more swapping between apps. Only pay for what you need on a fair, tiered, payment system. The best thing is the support - they are always quick to reply and have heaps of instructional content, if that doesn't solve the problem they get straight on to finding a solution, always friendly. 5 stars - highly recommend. I love the application very much. It converts well and and saves my a lot time not having to create follow up emails. Tech Support can be a little slow to returning your questions but tech support reps are friendly and very helpful. I would Highly recommend this App.
