App is not working. Support is poor, no one bothers to reply. Chasing technical team from last 20 days but they are not bothered.

This app is easy to set up and use. If that wasn't enough, their development team was incredibly responsive and helpful. Our store recently had a glitch that affected the app's functionality, and the Supple team dedicated more than a week's time helping get to the bottom of it. Our store has used this app for years now, and I can't recommend it enough!

We use this app to simply filter our assortment based upon sizing - it works perfectly! It's easy to integrate into our Shopify platform and works with inventory seamlessly. To achieve our desired look/style, we had to do a little bit of custom code, but Supple developers were kind enough to help us achieve our goals.

We have been using this app for years to simply sort our collections - works perfectly! Recently, a different app (Not Collection Filter and not by Supple) caused an integration problem and Supple engineers were kind enough to help resolve unintended variants showing - very thankful for their expertise and going above and beyond to help a customer!

Great app. But not enough of the money being paid by customers is being spent on back end infrastructure. App slows each page by 2 seconds - mostly due to an 800ms TCP connect wait. Classic latency caused by under powered servers for a given load. The more people use this awesome app - the slower it is going to get and slow speed kills conversions. The opposite of what these apps are here to do! UPDATE: Contacted them. They have no plans to fix this speed issue. Even though adding a CDN layer to their AWS setup would take all of 30 mins to complete end to end. Very disappointing. In an era where google has publicly stated the importance of core metrics and FCP moving forward this is quite mind boggling. Shopify need to start mandating proper architecture standards for their App Store. Developers in the IT world are not known for their experience in operations or architecture. And this is becoming more of an issue as more and more apps, function well, function wise. But are implemented poorly on the backend.

Great little add on for the store. I opted to have these guys install the app for me and they even customized it to fit better with me store. Very happy - also the special offers app that these guys make is amazing too. Big fan

Such a simple little app but it makes my store so much easier to navigate! Being a secondhand store we have soooo many sizes and brands and up until now I've really struggled to organise them in a way that's customer friendly, so I'm very pleased. Support was above and beyond expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app.

Looks Great! Wish it was more user friendly... An interface that you can use within the collection page builder would be much better than having to write code or pay $25 for them to do the coding for you. Love the concept.. But dont like the usability

I love how this app works in my store and makes shopping easier for my customers, it allows them to sort/shop by size. I've always been able to reach someone from app support and they're incredibly responsive and efficient at answering questions and providing help. Definitely recommend this app.

We've had great feedback from customers since we installed Collection Filter on our shop, Gone Running (gone.run), as they can search products by their size to see what we have in stock. Works great for sales as well, where finding in-stock sizing can often be an issue. Marius at Supple is super responsive to requests as well. Highly recommended.

The Collection Filter is simple to install and makes a big difference to customer experience. It makes it easy for your customers to find what they want quickly! I had a slight issue contacted support and they dealt with it promptly and were helpful. From my experience over the last month I wouldn't hesitate to recommended SuppleApps and Collection Filter.
