After encountering a problem, the support team resolved everything. We are all human, and issues can arise. I understand that and can recommend the app.
Hello, I'm very sorry for the experience you've had with our customer support team. Unfortunately you needed us in a time of an organisational change that was accompanied by various cases of illness within our small support team. This is no excuse, but we do hope it'll provide you with a bit more context. In the end, coincidentally, we responded to you with the solution to your issue literally 20 minutes after this review went live. However, I'm extremely sorry it had to come to the point where you felt the need to post a review about the slow support, and sincerely hope that now the problem has been resolved your experience with us will improve.

Tolle funktionale App und das zum besten Preis. Und der Kundensupport ist unglaublich, er hat mir geholfen meinen Code zu bearbeiten um meinen Shop DSGVO konform zu machen. Was für ein Einsatz!

Funktionierte seit längerem super. Die neuerliche Umstellung von Brooklyn Theme auf Dawn hat nicht geklappt. Der Support hat mir in wenigen Minuten geholfen. Jetzt läuft alles wieder, wie gehabt.

Nach einem Theme Update brauchte ich Hilfe vom App-Support – dieser hat mein Anliegen nach nur wenigen Tagen komplett und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit bearbeiten können. Thanks a bunch, great support!!

Sehr langsame Reaktionszeiten seitens des Supports, Ich warte seit Monaten auf eine Lösung. Die App funktioniert aktuell nicht zuverlässig. Über andere Shopify-Apps eingebundene Pixel wie z.B. das TikTok Pixel, Facebook Pixel & Pinterest Pixel (über jeweils die "offizielle" App aus dem Store) funktionierten mit der App nicht zuverlässig und Events werden entweder gar nicht gefeuert bzw. nur bei Erstbesuch der Seite. Sobald der Nutzer die Einstiegsseite wechselt (z.B. von Home auf Product), dann werden diese Drittanbieterskripts nicht mehr nachgeladen. Somit ist es eine wahre Geldverbrennungsmaschine für PaidAds im Zusammenhang mit dem Conversion-Tracking, welches dadurch nicht zuverlässig möglich ist.

Great support! Ich wollte ein zusätzliches Code snippet einbauen und der Support hat meinen code noch verbessert, und eingebunden. Hier ist man sehr gut aufgehoben!!

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this plugin. Cookies that have been manually marked "essential" are not activated. I have been in contact with the support for 2 months, without a solution....
