the support of this app is simply phenomenal. It responds quickly. The tone is consistently friendly and professional. And the app still works. It couldn't be better.

I was a bit upset because the cookie banner after years suddenly was not showing up anymore. However tech support solved it within few days!

Just miserable! First of all, after implementing Shopify Extended Checkout at our Shop Go-Live the app didn't set the cookies probably which made it necessary to engage an agency to bug fix. As a result, each change in the app resets the cookie settings in standard. So we need to ask the developer each time. Our agency tried to reach out to the customer service but didn't get any answer. Also now having problems for which I tried to contact via In-App-Support, but after one week there is no answer. I didn't even get an confirmation mail, that my request arrived.

All I have to say, very fast, effective and kind Support. Thank you ---> I SAID THAT BEFORE COMPLIANZ TOOK OVER NOW MY NEW REVIEW Everything does not function in a right way! You can't select every single cookie by itself now. It's not compliant for EU-Policies (thats very bad) Before the UPDATE the cookiebanner was the best for Shopify. It had everything!!! NOW THIS very bad designed Cookiebanner ist slow and not useable at all anymore. We as Shopowners are insanely disappointed about the recent Updates. Hope you will fix this in the future

Ein super Support Team für das GDPR Legal Cookie Banner! Ich hatte das Problem das der Banner im Shop nicht angezeigt wurde,nach Meldung beim Support wurde innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet und sich um das Problem angenommen. Sie haben sich die App und meinen Shop angesehen und auch mit Gastzugang die Meta überarbeitet. Der Fehler lag leider bei meinem Shop im Theme Code darauf haben Sie mich hingewiesen und auch Lösungsvorschläge unterbreitet. Wenn jeder Support so arbeiten würde, wäre ich sehr glücklich.

Der Banner funktioniert zwar, aber leider kann man den Tag Manager nicht oder wohl nur mit hervorragenden Programmierkenntnissen so einrichten, dass Tags nach der Einwilligung gefeuert werden (Consent Mode V2). Eine ordentliche Schritt für Schritt Anleitung gibt es auch nirgends. Daher leider nicht zu empfehlen.

after having installed the app my view count was not anymore accurate with a drop of 70% and also sells dropped 80% in one day. after deleting the app still I cannot fix this issue
Hello, I'm sorry that you've experienced such a huge drop in views and sales. Even though this is possible, for example due to an incorrect implementation of Google Consent Mode v2 (visits) and perhaps a incompatibility between our app and your checkout/payment/similar provider, it does strike me as very odd that the issue remains after uninstalling our app. Usually that would mean that something else has been causing such issues. Should you reach out to our support, we'd be more than happy to take a look at the issue for you!

Very happy with the Customer Support Service. I had a little problem moving the Fingerprint to the Footer Menu, but I got a fast a comprehensive reply from Sahar, which resolved the issue.

Ok, plötzlich erschien the banner nicht mehr. Und Support Team hat wirklich sofort meine emails geantwortet und auch sofort den Fehler behoben. Da kann mann nur sagen, besser gehts nicht. Danke schön an Sahar und Team

We have used this app for almost five years but have decided not to continue using it. Initially, I was very satisfied with the tech support. The first time I needed assistance, the support representative was knowledgeable and resolved my issue promptly. However, the second time, the tech support was slow and did not address my questions effectively, unlike her colleague. After uninstalling the app, I encountered an error on our live website. The support team did not help me resolve this issue promptly, especially when compared to the response speed of other Shopify app supports. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service this time.

Wir hatten Probleme nach der Installation von anderen Apps, die den Cookie Banner blockiert haben. Sahar hat uns aber sehr schnell geholfen. Top Support. Vielen lieben Dank! Update 14.11.2024: Ich hatte ein paar Fragen wegen dem Update und Sahar konnte die schnell und umfassend beantworten. Das Update lief dann problemlos. Danke, Sahar!

What a great support team! The app is absolutely great and I've been using it for a long time! But then I had a mishap. I accidentally uninstalled the app and couldn't reinstall it. That was a huge problem that I couldn't solve on my own. So I contacted support. The response was very quick. Together with support, we deleted all the remnants of the app. But an error message kept coming up. When we got to the point where we couldn't do anything anymore, I contacted Shopify. They also had a great team on hand. We tried everything late into the night. Nothing helped. Even reinitializing the shop didn't work. Unfortunately, I had to tell iubenda support that I had to use a different app. That was the end of the matter for me. But now comes the point where you know that not all support is the same. They didn't stop trying to find out what the problem was! A few days later, support contacted me again and asked if I could try reinstalling the app. And what can I say? It works! The team took the time to find a solution. Just like that. I've never experienced anything like it! When you think you've tried everything, nothing happens from support and the matter is resolved. But this is different. Now that's what I call great help! I'm so grateful for the work you do! I can only highly recommend the app.

Seit mittlerweile 3 Jahren warten wir auf den versprochenen hauseigenen Scanner, müssen aber immer noch händisch alle Cookies und Scripte einpflegen. Auf Supportabfragen wird in mäßigem Tempo geantwortet. Kann keine Empfehlung aussprechen.
