Great app and customer service! Was able to get all my amazon products into my Shopify account. The support team helped me out with all questions I had and helped fix a problem I was having with the software.

My company has been using this app for 1 week now and so far the customer help team has been in rapid response to answer any questions we have and deal with any misunderstandings. They have so far helped us to completely sync all amazon listings and pull all (written) Amazon reviews.

I really like how it downloads the data from Amazon but it has yet to fully push my entire catalog to Shopify and I have been running these jobs for 3 weeks...

From all the apps that promise automated fulfillment via MCF, the team of Connectr is the fastest to reply and actually assist in rooting our any errors the app might encounter. So far we are still testing the app, to make sure everything is syncing and working as planned. The app does work flawlessly once orders are correctly imported to the app!

Decent app, but it's been super slow/crashing lately. I would also like the ability to select more than 50 products at a time to push up, or even some filters to make it easier to push up brands with over 50 products.

Great App! Affordable and easy to use. Though there are some improvements in the functionality, I believe there is great potential. Also, happy with the customer support. Been using it for morethan 6 months. I think it's better to provide Live Chat support to get instant response from the team.

1. i sent 120 sku to sync only 80 came back rest i have to do manually 2. They have a fake button for sync in 15 min, only sync once in 24 hours partially 3. Support does respond after few hours
This is an unfair review by folks from Andyanand. It appears there might be a misunderstanding, as we have no record of a support ticket being raised for the issue you mentioned in point 1 and 2. We are committed to resolving any problems our users encounter, and to do so, we need more information. An excellent tool if all you're looking to do is pull Amazon listings and push them into Shopify. It's only one I've been able to find that does this, and it is very easy to use. If you require any customer service, they are very responsive. And the price is very reasonable. I'm surprised this company/app has so few ratings.

Excellent product, does exactly what it says. I checked through the help files before installing to confirm it could meet all our requirements. This App offers excellent value for us and creates Amazon MCF requests much quicker than other, more expensive Apps that we tested.

Been using the paid version of the app for a while now. Started having issues last month with Connectr not updating my shopify orders once they were complete. This also coincided with an update of the app. I wrote in on Aug 10 for the first time. It's now 9/9 and I've been back and forth with support on a weekly basis. Always being reassured the problem has been fixed, and always back at them the next week because it has not. I keep being assured the technical team will handle it - but they don't. I've been told they would monitor my account, but they have not. I see issues as I speak, so the monitoring is non-existent. And despite the fact that this has been going on for a month, do you think they have offered to refund my money for that month? Well, they haven't done that either. So, it was good while it worked - but it doesn't work anymore, and if it's not fixed in another week I will be tossing this app and moving on to something from an app developer that knows how to fix their own issues.
