The app is so good, I use it on my store bedwina.com to connect products and reviews, as well as enable a custom button to redirect my clients, the developer is so so helpful, and he never gets tired of my complaining and comments, is always here to help me, and solves any website issue I have, even those not directly related to the app! It is really useful for me. Importing thousands of products was a headache. It automatically pulls and pushes the products. Bit slow but worth it. Thanks for this.

We use this app since about 4-5 months now. It does 100% what we need. If there are any questions...we'll get support within 12, max 20 hours. Would sign again.

WARNING DANGER BEWARE This app deletes products It will overwrite your product information, unpublish products, delete products, change variants. DO NOT under any circumstances, install this app!
This is an unfair review. Our app never deletes, unpublishes, or overwrites products without user action. We have log records to prove that you manually deleted and pushed products using the app dashboard. We, however, own up to a bug in the app due to which unwanted products got pushed in your store. Our team quickly fixed it and ensured it does not repeat.
I used this app for all of my Shopify/Amazon FBA needs! it's a great little app with a nice and simple interface! It does an amazing job of importing all of your listings from Amazon with the literal "Click of a button" and has loads of extras that can help you set up your listings in your Shopify store once the listings are imported! i.e. Importing Reviews and Shipping with FBA! :-) It's also super easy to manage if you make updates to your Listing on Amazon, you just click a button and it re-imports and updates as little or as much as you want! Finally, I did have a few issues along the way getting everything set up but the support guys were amazing giving advice, and helping me along the way! If you're looking for a super cost effective way (you only pay for what you want!) to import your listings from amazon and then automatically (or manually) ship using FBA, then your search is over! :-) Highly recommended! James.
Love this app, a pleasure to use. Clean user friendly interface, 2 weeks in and so far works very nicely. Flexible options, with a lot of freedom to make edits on our own w/o having to seek assistance. Way smoother then a previous app we were using. Quick customer support. Very positive experience!
Very satisfied. App does what it promises. Used to work with another app, but there variations were mixed up after every update. With Connectr variations stay where I want them. Can't wait until they expand with new features!
Disappointed as the app doesn't support more than one marketplace at a time. So if you sell in multiple marketplaces such as being on the Pan European FBA program with different prices and listing copy, you can only sync and import from a single marketplace. So the app is only useful if you only sell in one marketplace.

The pull from Amazon works smoothly. However, the sync is one way (only from Amazon to Shopify). The Fast Sync setting was not functioning. They said it was a bug and they fixed it. I didn't test Fast Sync after repair.

Your critique is valid - we did have a bug with the fast sync service which prevented syncing of products for a few hours. I used this help me streamline my processes since we add 300 new skus every quarter. Our listings on our shopify store are more accurate and precise. Great app to make it way to pull listings from Amazon and push them into shopify. I use to have to have our VA create each individual product.
One of the best support teams, I´ve ever had contact with! They are really obliging and helped us a lot by setting up the app and solved a lot of issues like embedding star reviews on our product pages.
The app is really easy to use, and the customer service is stellar. Imports over 200 SKUs in a jiffy, syncs pricing and inventory, and if you have any questions, customer service and Ankit provide great solutions in no time. Very pleased, and will highly recommend. PS: Would love to see a feature to import products by SKU list in the future.
The images uploading with lower quality than on Amazon. Also, there is only 1 image for each child product. I will not recommend this app for anyone.

Sometimes due to the way the Shopify store theme is designed, the images can appear to be smaller. The app imports all the images of the parent item and one image per variant item. This is done intentionally because of the way Shopify displays images, which is different from Amazon. Unlike Amazon, Shopify loads all the images of all the variants together on the product page. This slows down the site and makes it crowded. Our entire focus is to make it easy to help sellers on Amazon manage their Shopify store.
