A super attentive team to solve problems, a quick to learn application, that at least lets you be able to work without having to pay large amounts. I've used different translation apps on Shopify and this is definitely the best. Thank you very much development team and support team

I have now been using this app for over a year (our company for 2–3 years in total), and I must say it’s one of the most overrated apps we’ve come across – definitely not worthy of a 4.9 rating. The biggest issue is something that even many free translation apps handle better: the lack of a comprehensive search function across the entire online store. If you want to translate a specific word or phrase from a product page, you can’t just search for it – you need to manually locate where that content is stored. This becomes a real pain because T‑Lab splits content across different sections – metafields, apps, themes, product titles – all handled separately. Translating even a single word becomes time-consuming and frustrating. And even if you know where the translation should be done, the app becomes nearly unusable if someone else (e.g. an employee unfamiliar with Shopify’s structure) is doing the work. In short, this app is not user-friendly unless you already have deep knowledge of how Shopify organizes content. And even then it is a much slower option than many of the alternatives available I would avoid this one

Great at all levels (solution and service). They helped with the implementation and they personalised the css for desktop and mobile to fit the switcher on the web.
I just cannot stress enough how GREAT this app is! By far the best solution in the whole store! Not only is the functionality so clever and direct, but the team is also fabulous! Very fast in response and continuously expanding the translation functionalities. I also love the functionality that I can buy extra credits for more translations if needed, so e.g. if I like to add a whole new language. I just have to tell you guys: you rock!
This plugin is too easy to use, when you encounter problems to find customer service, they will actively and patiently reply.
The app is great. Also, we had a big problem with the translation because of our Markets settings and after some emails with their support (Dimitar is without a doubt the most efficient support we had to deal with) they found a solution to our problem. We recommand the app.

The best translation app we have used so far. Once you understood the principle, its super easy to translate parts of your website manually or automatically. Additionally the support is amazing. Haven't had such a great service in a long time (including support from their front end developers, for some custom integration). We are very happy to have decided for this app, after having tested others before. I can therefore highly recommend TLab
