I used this App to translate English to my native Greek. It worked like a charm without involving me too much, the company has an excellent record for product support and Max the product support officer has gone out of his way to assist me in the many questions I threw at him, We communicated by Voice and by Mail. This app is very easy to use and free. If you want more words, this app is very economic, also if you need only one language. Of course, you will need to translate better with a good freelancer but all apps run on this way. Mail exchanges are fast if you need some help (in english). The best app language for very small business!

The app itself is an amazing solution that gives you full control over the customisation of your languages and while I didn't use the AI feature I did test it for accuracy and it performed excellently. Miraculously, the customer support is even better than the app. Max and the developers instantly solved in queries I had with no fuss at all. This app is unique in every way. Extensive and at the same time very easy to use. I have no problem using it. I owe great thanks to the admins. Although the application works flawlessly, they have already twice helped me to solve problems resulting from other elements of my store. I recommend it to every multilanguage shop user!

Great app and some good advance feature. I am using both Langify and Translation Lab. Langify only for custom translate (what cannot be automatically translated by Translation Lab). Translation Lab is doing all the rest. I particularly like the software is translating the email template but also the easy export/import feature. Indeed, I want my products descriptions to be translated but not the name of my products. So I do an automatic translation, then I export , remove the translation the products' names and import again. Done ! In case of question, good to know that the support is answering very quickly and willing to help.

The app does have few issues that they're working on (lost translations after changing the theme, but they do have a way to recover them)... But overall it's a really good app. Best part is customer support... Max is my savior!

This is indeed the best translation app and the best customer service I had on Shopify. I love the AI feature and the customer service replies within a couple of minutes and stay dedicated on following up until everything is sorted. The translation is very accurate even for hard languages. I managed to have multiple language checkout/payment gateway pages with this app. The customer support is faster the Shopify support and smarter in fixing anything even if it's not caused by their app. They are just helpful. I recommend this app 100%
