Very good app, makes it easy to translate everything on your page. But best of all is the customer service, they’ve been amazing! Highly recommend.

I used this application to help me translate my shop to 4 languages. I had some problemes because My theme is shoptimized. I contacted the technical support wich helps me to solve this and i was able to translate all my shop the desired languages. I recommand this application because works well and technical support is great.

Note you need to pay to have your content translated automatically - I would probably have needed to pay 30€ to have my website translated into 1 other language, so I decided to uninstall the app. The translation is made using google translate, it wasn't bad. Also note if you make changes to your original text, the translation will not update automatically. The app designers are helpful and very reactive.
Hi Ushas, Thank you for your review! Translation Lab uses the Google natural language recognition AI to automatically translate your store. This AI costs $10 per 500K characters. We charge $9.99 per 300K, which means that our margin is $4. Out of the $9.99 Shopify take $2 so our margin is reduced to $2. Given the bills we pay to AWS for our computing resources and our development team salaries I hope it is clear that the automatic translations cannot be provided for free or for less that they cost right now because even now we are paying out of our own pockets to have the app do what it does. When you go to the Translate page in the app you have a Scan button which will process the information in your store and provide you with an estimate of how many characters you need to translate your store and thus what the cost will be. I do think that $30 is a pretty good price for having your whole store translated. Regarding having your content changes translated automatically, we have not implemented this on purpose. We prefer for the store owner to know exactly how many characters are needed and what the cost will be before they hit the Translate button instead of all this happening behind the scenes and charges being applied to the store. I hope this information is useful to anyone using the app.

Excellent app, and even better customer service. The app performs exactly as described, providing translation of your Shopify webpage in a simple and incredibly effective way. Was able to translate only the exact elements I needed to. Their customer service answered each of my queries within a day and solved each of my problems. Definitely recommend.

Amazing app. A well setup to use auto translation to manual were you can easily fix it yourself to perfection Their support team is absolutely excellent in prompt replies + resolutions, if any issues like I had . Just 1 area they need to better improve is, to have a better setup for the pages to translate. I give it 4.5 rating! Bravo!

Best language manager APP ever! You can translate your store in your targeted languages by hand, or you can let the APP do the translation by a very accurate AI. Super suggested!

Fantastic app!. Great interface, very simple to use. Especially if you, like me, prefer to do your translations manually. The support team is also excellent. They helped me out with the setup of the app. Highly recommended!.

Instant Customer Service, and I was able to translate my store at an affordable price in less than an hour to allow my business to retain new international customers and expand my markets. I would highly recommend this app. I translated my store to portuguese (portugal) but there are all languages supported.

So, we where looking for an app which fully supports shopify's new translation API - Guys start using Shopify Translation - so other apps will be quicker in getting compatible with this! It is really hard to find apps which even support Translation API. Translation Lab offered AI Auto Translation - which i have to say is pretty solid - except for some really funny exceptions. The pricing is really good - we have translated around 3000 Products and the whole Store (Theme, Emails, ...) in english and french for around 30 - 40 Dollars. And all we needed to do was press a button and wait for the AI to finish. Managing translations "can" be improved here and there and specially make maybe some ressources searchable even if its just full text search - that would help a lot - otherwise if you really need to search across all ressources, then i would recommend just exporting and importing with .csv. It is pretty solid too. Since shopify just released this feature last year - i am certain that more features will come and i am excited what you guys will release in the early future.

Customer service was quick and had the answer. Translations seem thorough, and covered everything we needed.
