I used the app to manually translate 3 languages, and I did it easily. The Customer support is very kind. It would help to have automatic html customization instead of adding manually (to show the formatted text) thanks!

Great app, love it! Easy to use and easy to publish. I love the fact that you can use the rich text editor too, it makes it easy to edit stuff.

The app works great, and you can easily manage to translate your store by following their clear instructions. But what surprised me was their amazing customer support. They are fast and always available. I've reached to them with a question about my theme working with their app, and they not only explained me the situation or how to fix it but they made sure everything worked perfectly and asked me if I had any other requirements. Thank you so much, can't recommend the app (and the team) enough!

This app is very easy to use from a translation point of view, and offers excellent value for money. Could be improved by enabling 'search' for all text to translate (not just 'product' and 'theme', as scrolling through many pages can be time-consuming. But otherwise, everything works well and the translated store appears correctly. Encountered a significant issue which the Sherpas Design team were able to solve, by going above and beyond their remit. Thank you very much!

I started to use Translation Lab few days ago, and the result is very good. The App is easy to install, and after few minutes, you are able to manage it. I had some troubles to find the good place to implement some translations and the platform helped me very quickly. They answers are clear.

Best value app out there. I love that there was no monthly commitments like most others. Required some support to fix a few translations (custom theme stuff) but the support team was super responsive and solved it.

Great app, I recommend it. The support is super. In only 24 hours, they helped me to fix an issue with my theme. The app is easy to use - you have the original text on the left and the translation on the right. You can also scan your website and translate using AI - in the end, just run through the translated text and verify the accuracy.

Good app and great assistance! I was offered help with some adjustments I needed to make. As I am dealing with Greek translations a lot of things have to be done manually but I am pretty happy with how this app works.

I am positively surprised how easy it is to use and add translations in. Moreover, the speed of customer support is amazing! Fast solutions in case you are in need. I for sure recommend :)

In my opinion, most translation apps are overpriced, except fro Translation Lab. I have used them for a couple of years now and, even though the initial job is a bit more manual, the performance of the App is excellent. Also, their customer service is 10/10, which for me is sometimes worth more than the app itself!

Of the several translation apps I tried Translation Lab had the most straight forward and visually pleasing interface. Manual translation option did the job on my site perfectly. The only issue I had was of my own making, the guys in Support helped me fix it within minutes. Great app, great service, definitely recommend!
