The app is very comprehensive and convenient, help us a lot. You can add your own translation script and add switcher on the website. And they also provide a great customer service.

I used this app to translate my site from English to Spanish, and it did a good job. The app is designed in a simple and easy way to navigate -, and to use it, and support is good. Your fee is for a certain amount of text you can translate automatically, and translating manually - is free, and an easy thing to do.

Just installed it, seems working correctly. I'm now installing the language switcher and I have some issues, but I asked to the support team and they are responsive, they are providing assistance.

Very easy to use. I asked to change the appearance of language switcher because it shows "EN" and "JA" for English and Japanese. I want to show like "English" and "Japanese". They support very kindly and fast. Much helpful.

Perfect value for money since it's free, except if you want to save time by translating automatically (more than a certain number of words per month). The tool definitely meets expectations!

At first i was a bit dissapointing about the app. But after talking with the developper and receiving his amazing support, i did find out that this wasnt related to the app itself but more on the theme that is not using the new shopify route. My suggestion is to fisrt update your theme with Shopify new route liquid coding prior installing this app aor adding new language. Cant wait for this app to use Google translate API to assist us more efficiently in the site translation. Thank you to Milen for the enormous time he spent on updating many parts of our theme.

UPDATED From one (1) to three (3) stars after a year and some support. Initially I wouldn't recommend using the app but the app has been improved a lot. The app is still buggy but the support is definitely getting better and faster. It is still too troublesome to find the passages you want to translate. The search function for the things you want to translate is pretty bad. You should be able to search for the url. Also sometimes it blinks and enlarge the language icons when you refresh a page.

The theme made such an effort and spent hours fixing an issue in my store which didn't even origin from the app. They solved a translation issue no-one else was able to solve and I was finally able to go ahead and launch my store. THANK YOU so much Translation Lab.

We recently used Weglot and Langify in other stores, we wanted more control over what we translate. The interface is very easy to use, the actually is very easy to set up. This will be for sure our number one choice, especially for RTL languages.
