Customer service is great! It is not easy to find specific information. Perhaps having the website as it is and translating it directly in the template would be a good option.

This app is amazing. It integrates perfectly with our Launch theme, and can literally translate every word, including headers and forms. Auto-translated pages can be manually edited in order to fit in the design. Free version is fine for small stores. Paid version's monthly rates are very friendly. And last but not least, the guys behind the app offer rock star support! Highly recommended. I repeat - the people at Sherpa's offer absolute great support. No kidding.

I am so happy with the app. It was easy to install and to translate all of the pages of my website. The support is simply fantastic! They helped me out with all of my questions and requests very quickly. I would definitely recommend the app to everyone!

We are using this app to merge our 3 European sites into 1 website. The app is really easy to use and the support is fantastic...they reply almost immediately and are extremely competent. Would definitely recommend :-)

We are based in Japan and used this app to have our store in English and Japanese. The access is easy and smooth (needs a bit of searching, but overview is great and someone who used it for the first time will find it easy to navigate through). Whenever I need help with something, the support team gets it fixed very fast and the customer support is fantastic! Thank you so much!

UPDATE JULY 2021: The 5-star rating is WELL DESERVED. I continue to contact customer support for updates and tweaks to our website. The app works seamlessly and the customer support is FANTASTIC. We are very happy with our app choice and it is great to know that the team is always ready to help out! 5-STAR APP & 5-STAR SERVICE!!! September 2020: I used this app so that I could merge 2 websites into one website. The implementation was very easy, and I am speaking as someone who is not a programmer. There were a few things deeper within the website that I could not do so easily. A couple of emails and a fantastic explainer video, and then I could complete the task. All in all a very impressive app and operation. Many thanks to Max!

Absolutely recommended! Translation Lab makes your website translation easy. Thanks to the organization of the app you'll be able to translate your website page by page, product by product. Also, if you need to change your store's theme you can migrate your translation and make sure you don't lose all your work. Support service very helpful and efficient.

It is a very easy and good application, maybe it would be better if there were explanations for the export and import parts. The support team is also successful and fast.
