This team is the best I've experienced so far in the Shopify app store. They continue to improve features seamlessly with Shopify's base themes. Even without a standard theme the app works great. And if it doesn't, they have a great support team that solved my problems better than my theme's support. Keep up the good work!

Except for the limitation of Shopify on 5 additional languages for normal plans, this app is just amazing. I love the reasonable price and the accuracy of auto-translation feature (It could be up to 90%). The support could not be better if you meet Max. Things to improve: 1. Among thousands of resources, I could not find the ones which are not translated. It should have a filter to view non-translated resources quicker. 2. Each time I save translation, the app comes back to the default page, not keep in the current page. 3. There is no refresh function in the translation page. I have to choose another resource type and come back for the app to load new changes from the shop platform. 4. I could not search across all resource types. 5. The search function only applies on original texts, not on translated texts.

As you open Translation Lab App, once you've chosen your languages and proceed to the translation tab, 2/3 of your store is already in the language you chose, working hand in hand with the Shopify language editor in your admin. My policies were the most time-consuming. Then small issues araised with my theme customizations and some Shopify bugs but the Sherpas team provided me with very good substantive backing and excellent results. Easy-going app, great team. Thank you ! I am very grateful for the demanding hard work and faith all the developpers have successfully invested to build this multi-language functionality.

I've been using this app for quite good time, whenever I experience a problem, just drop them an email and they will respond on timely manner. Truly happy about the support and the functionality. Update January 20, 2021: I can't stop talking about how amazing and responsive the team. They truly deserve 5 stars and above.

Great app! The automated translations are quite good, but it's the ability to add your own custom translations to individual pages, products and every text element that makes this app so valuable. The customer support is second to none too - when I had a custom request, Max had it resolved well under 24 hours.

Fantastic translations and superb customer care. I am amazed, very grateful, 100% satisfied and would recommend 10/10. Free plan is great to look around, paid plan (9,99 eur per month) gives you exports, which is very ! useful , and then you can pay for automated translations, which I never would have believed it- I wholeheartedly recommend. Obviously it's not perfect but it's let's say 89%-99% which makes me super happy with the machine AI translated contend. Saves lots of hours .... !!! Once again, thanks Max from the support team, very quick replies, super friendly and solved above and beyond- won a custerom, aswell.. Thanks @Sherpas.Design Team !!!! Alex GoFutureWithLove.de
