Super amazing customer service! Theo was right there making sure I understood how it all worked within Shopify. its all very customisable, so many cool features. i really think i've finally found the right calendar app!! Thank you!! Thanks Theo! (if it worked with Meta/Instagram it would be perfect!)

Best appointment booking plugin on Shopify. Had great 1 on 1 care, Theo was able to help answer some of my questions and was very accommodating. If you're looking for an appointment scheduler, this is the one to get!

Great service! They are always available to assist you and take their time with you, and also very friendly! Theo and Leo I had the pleasure of assisting me and they were GREAT! Makes it hard for me to choose a different app. OH and they also take suggestions on how to upgrade or better their app! I love that!

So far so good! - I'm in the very early days of setting up my Shopify store and adding all my services to Cowlendar. The 1-1 customer service chat's have made it so much easier to navigate the settings! Mateo answered lots of my questions and made the experience very personal and friendly and Theo gave me lots of help with the initial set up and understanding how everything works. The customer service is outstanding. They get back to you in a reasonable time and answer all they questions you may have. With Theo, he ran actual tests and went the further mile to give the best assistance. I applaud Theo and his outstanding customer service and commitment to the customer.

I tried Cowlendar after using BookEasy (which was a bad experience), and was so relieved that it is straightforward and easy to use, plus seems to work as advertised. I would recommend, especially for people like me who aren't great with technology.
