The customer service is what it makes this booking app extra-super-crazy-you-want-this-standing-out-kind-a-booking-app. This team is SO dedicated and friendly and "human" and help you out extremely quickly and friendly and answer all of your question. Trust me - I asked them a lot!

I have gone through multiple booking apps and this is by far the best of them. It is easy to use, their customer service is unmatched and they are happy to hear any ideas of how to improve the app even further.

I had a few issues which couldnt do my self. He resolved them very quickly, on top of that. I was having a problem building my site. The way I wanted. I told him what I'd like. And he built it for me. You could not ask for a better service top-notch.

I had trouble setting up my time blocks, but Alex quickly and efficiently resolved the issue for me, which turned out to be a misunderstanding on my part. I've been using this app for about two years now and have never experienced any problems until this one.

This is the first time I've ever tried implementing appointments for our business, and Cowlendar has made it SO incredibly simple and straightforward. I really appreciate the wealth of options for tinkering with pretty much every little aspect - from the emails, the widget, the behavior, etc. Everything is thought out and well designed, it makes the process a snap. Would 100% recommend this app to anyone looking to add appointment functionality, this is the gold standard for Shopify apps.
