Terrific! Everyone is kind and patient.
The best booking app for now, if you want to create booking system under Shopify ecosystem. Constantly evolving. However it's not perfect yet for them who need also good ERP:s and CRM:s and analytics to control easily customer relations, employee activities or KPI:s with bookings. Thanks quys! You are always helpful and interested to understand our needs. I appreciate it. We got thousands of bookings with Cowlendar so the app works well.

I’m really impressed with the customer service. The team is empathetic, quick to respond, and genuinely supportive. The platform is also much more intuitive than others I’ve tried, so I have no complaints so far.
This app has the BEST customer service around. I have used them for over a year and just included them in my new store set up. Ditch the expensive booking apps and just go with this one. It can be customized, the customer service listens, understands, doesn't overly complicated things. It's wonderful. Hands down will recommend to all the businesses that I work with.
Sveiki. Iš tiesų neturiu jokios aiškios priežasties, kodėl palikote šį įvertinimą, ypač žinant, kad per pastaruosius metus atlikote daugiau nei 1000 rezervacijų per mūsų programėlę. Net šiandien jūsų parduotuvėje matome dešimtis naujų rezervacijų kiekvieną dieną. Jei padarėme klaidą ar kažkas neveikė taip, kaip tikėjotės, labai norėčiau tai sužinoti. Esu pasirengęs net visiškai grąžinti jūsų Cowlendar planą, jei kažkuo jus nuvylėme, nes šiuo metu tikrai nesuprantu šio įvertinimo priežasties. I honestly have no clear idea why you left this rating, especially knowing that you have made more than 1000 bookings with our app over the past year. Even today we still see dozens of new bookings coming in from your store every single day. If we made a mistake or if something did not work the way you expected, I would really love to know. I am even willing to fully refund your Cowlendar plan if we did something wrong, because right now I genuinely do not understand the reason behind this review. If you want to clarify the situation or share what happened, I would be more than happy to help.
Everytime I have had to use the support from Cowlendar, I always receive prompt and expert service. It makes updating our Cowlendar so much easier. I highly recommend this booking platform for Shopify.

I would love to give this app 5 stars and once they get some better reports I will update. Support has been amazing!
Great support from customer service (especially Sofia). My issues were dealt with very quickly and in an extremely friendly manner! The app meets all my requirements and can be configured down to the last detail.
