I’ve wasted 7 hours with them. Whenever I ask if they can do this, they always say, “Yes, we can.” Then another team member joins without reading the previous messages. Theo said they can do whatever is needed and that it’s already done, but it’s not.

great app & great support. hoping for some more flexibility with the waitinglists in the future, but so far everything was resolved super quickly. highly recommended.

After installing and removing 3 other booking apps, I landed on Cowlender and within minutes, I had a fully functional booking calendar running in my store. Judy, the Cowlendar assistant online, ( a real human, not AI) reached out to me and guided me to the customization section and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I will recommend you try this app, you will very happy with it's ease of functionality and stylish look.
