I had such a wonderful experience with customer support, thanks to Milo! He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions with patience and kindness. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he also took the time to make sure I fully understood everything. It’s rare to come across support that feels this genuine and helpful. This app did everything I wanted it to do after several other booking apps failed to meet my needs. The price points are fair for something with so many robust and customizable features. The support is also exceptional. Theo is who I have worked with the most and they were so quick to respond that I managed to meet some exceptionally short deadlines with their help. 5 stars.
