10/10 support, Mateo walked me through step by step with some custom code to allow me to customise my setup specifically to the needs of my landing page. Quick responses, gives solutions that works. Really appreciative of Cowlendar and the team!

I’m really impressed with the customer service. The team is empathetic, quick to respond, and genuinely supportive. The platform is also much more intuitive than others I’ve tried, so I have no complaints so far.

Sveiki. Iš tiesų neturiu jokios aiškios priežasties, kodėl palikote šį įvertinimą, ypač žinant, kad per pastaruosius metus atlikote daugiau nei 1000 rezervacijų per mūsų programėlę. Net šiandien jūsų parduotuvėje matome dešimtis naujų rezervacijų kiekvieną dieną. Jei padarėme klaidą ar kažkas neveikė taip, kaip tikėjotės, labai norėčiau tai sužinoti. Esu pasirengęs net visiškai grąžinti jūsų Cowlendar planą, jei kažkuo jus nuvylėme, nes šiuo metu tikrai nesuprantu šio įvertinimo priežasties. Jei norite paaiškinti situaciją ar pasidalinti tuo, kas nutiko, būsiu daugiau nei pasirengęs padėti. ---- Hello. I honestly have no clear idea why you left this rating, especially knowing that you have made more than 1000 bookings with our app over the past year. Even today we still see dozens of new bookings coming in from your store every single day. If we made a mistake or if something did not work the way you expected, I would really love to know. I am even willing to fully refund your Cowlendar plan if we did something wrong, because right now I genuinely do not understand the reason behind this review. If you want to clarify the situation or share what happened, I would be more than happy to help.

I would love to give this app 5 stars and once they get some better reports I will update. Support has been amazing!

Absolutely fantastic. These people care - And are authentic. They truly are worth every penny. Having used other scheduling services, these are the best hands down.

Great support from customer service (especially Sofia). My issues were dealt with very quickly and in an extremely friendly manner! The app meets all my requirements and can be configured down to the last detail.
