I’ve start using Cowlendar app and overall it’s truly excellent, but I ran into a complex issue due to another app I must use for my country. Since we recently adopted the euro, we need dual currency display, and unfortunately that app was conflicting with the Cowlendar in a way that blocked its functionality. I couldn’t remove the other app because there’s no good alternative, so the situation was quite tricky. Theo from the support team was absolutely outstanding. He patiently listened to everything I explained, answered all of my (many!) questions, and genuinely went above and beyond to help. Together, we managed to find a solution that allowed us to use the Cowlendar app in its full potential—> without having to compromise or remove the other app. His level of dedication and professionalism is rare. Amazing app and even more amazing support. Highly recommended!

Cowlendar has been a better option for us in regards to online bookings for reservations and events. The chat feature is super helpful, there is always someone available to answer all my questions! Any time I have had an issue or suggestion for a new feature, the team has been quick to respond and make changes to their app.

I was having issues with billing (an issue bigger than the app or user error) and the developer reached out and immediately fixed the issue. He also continued to reach out to ensure it didn’t happen the next billing cycle. Hands down amazing customer service. This app was easy to set up, and easy to customize to your exact wants!

Great company, great app. They're very responsive to support questions, and they've been able to help us figure out some unique booking situations. The calendar takes a bit of time to figure out, but once you understand the process, it's very easy. We switched from SLOT Booking, and we much prefer Cowlendar.

Service has been very helpful with all changes requested. We are in pre launch development but so far it has solved our issues for an experience based service.

This app has been a great addition and works very well. The setup process was smooth, and the overall experience has been excellent. What really stands out is the customer service. Milo was incredibly helpful, responsive, patient, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to answer questions clearly and made the whole process much easier. It is rare to find support this good. Excellent app, excellent service, and a team that truly cares about helping their customers succeed.
