These guys are the best. The app is great and support is top notch! Getting everything setup exactly how I needed to my store was a breeze and they helped me through every step of the way. The app is robust and I love the abandoned bookings tab that gives me info for how many are trying to book but falling short.

Aweful to navigate - chat is quick response but don't seem to know how to ask the right questions to get your needs met. They just tell you yes we can do that without fully understanding what you want. After sharing multiple times what I was looking for, they wasted a TREMENDOUS amount of my time only to find out, oh no we cannot do this. I
I am really sorry to read your message because we genuinely tried our absolute best to help you and make the app work exactly the way you wanted. After you left this review, we spent a lot of time together on the live chat (and through email) to understand every detail of your request. We even shipped new features inside the app that were never part of your original plan and that we never advertised. You did not pay for these features but we still built them for you, completely changing our roadmap and reorganizing our team just to match your needs as closely as possible (and i'm proud we were agile enough to make it possible). We also tried to reach you through every possible channel to make sure everything was clear and properly handled. At the end of the day, we are all humans. Getting a 1 star review for things which we went far beyond what was expected is honestly quite tough. We truly did everything we could to solve your issue and adapt the product around your expectations, with the best intentions. If you ever want to revisit the conversation or clarify anything, I will be here to help.

Amazing app! super flexible. I'm using it for Nursing services at home and it's working perfectly! the support team is available 24/7 and super prompt with the replies with visual guidance ready to be sent!

Very quick to respond to any issues and impressively fast at resolving them. The booking system is clean and easy to use - fully customizable and simple to set up. Highly recommend!

Super rápidos, resuelven dudas con tutoriales fáciles de comprender, no eh tenido ningún detalle. Respecto a la plataforma, Solo me gustaría que pudieran agregar el mínimo de tiempos de servas a menos de 15min, 5 y 10min funcionaria

I rarely leave a comment but cowlendar is really a good app. I tried different app on shopify for my venue rental service but none of them could fit me perfectly. Cowlender solved most of my problems and their customer service is excellent. looking forward to seeing more functions
