I love these guys THEO and LEO are the best! they always solve all my problems with learning how to use the app. The app is great by the way, much better than having my own secretary. Helped me to be more organized, neat and professional with my sessions. Gives me peace of mind as I don't have to answer all my clients personally and really helps with my life organization :) As I'm a little neuro-divergent, things are complicated for me, but these guys are awesomely patient and nice every single time, even during night time. Thank you sooo much.

So far it integrates well with our site - with the only thing missing being exchange calendar integration, but we've chatted with the team, and its on the way. I like the customizability of the calendar display and so far the customer service is excellent. Have chatted a few times and have always gotten a quick response from either the main developer or the staff. Recently, I was on with Theo and he was accommodating!

The overall system and the UI of the settings screen are certainly convenient. However, the 'Use advanced configuration over settings' feature in My Services does not work. You mentioned it was an issue with Japanese, but the problem persists in English as well. Since Global Calendar translation reflects changes without any issues, even with Japanese 2-byte characters, it's clear the issue lies with the 'Use advanced configuration over settings' feature. You've suggested using Global Calendar translation because it's a Japanese issue. Does this API use a different Unicode only for 'Use advanced configuration over settings'? Isn't the response itself questionable? Also, I think the overall UI and UX of the Team portal, available from the ULTRA plan, should be reconsidered. I've paid the fee, so I'll try using it along with some tests. I will revise my evaluation since there has been positive communication regarding the resolution of the issue.

Até agora o aplicativo mais fácil de configurar e o que menos dá problemas para ser reconhecido no template. Embora para atingir meu propósito quanto ao uso seja preciso a versão paga que é um pouco cara, mas até agora tenho tido boas impressões. Destaque para o suporte da Anna pelo chat do aplicativo que foi sensacional!

Easy to use and easy to set-up. Specifically nice if you want people to pay for the appointment. I actually cannot think of any feature missing. Support availability via live chat is also good.
