Je suis totalement néophyte sur Shopify et l'application est très simple à prendre en main. Le processus de création et de configuration est très clair et intuitif. De plus, le support est extrêmement réactif en cas de besoin. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Incredible customer service from both Theo and the founder Leo! They worked really hard to answer my questions and figure out how to best configure the app to suit our very specific needs.

Cowlender is a very user friendly app and if you are ever having a hard time, then you can always message one of the members of their team. I had an issue with getting zoom links and Sofia(one of the team members) was able to help me very quickly.

I use this app for booking private jewelry appointments. It's affordable and the customer service is fantastic. I had some issues with my 'book now' text not showing up but Mateo got it sorted out quickly for me and fixed it! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with THEO, who helped us figure out how to import our booking to google calendar as opposed to doing it manually on our own! He not only replied quickly, but provided clear instructions and photos to help :) Thank you Theo!

They are great, incredibly friendly, and overall a delight to deal with. Mateo in particular always offers help whenever I am using the app and has quick solutions to every issue. Would recommend! 10/10.

Uygulama o kadar harika ki anlatamam. Gece gec saatlerde bile teknik destek hep online. Turkce dil destegi bile mevcut. Teknik destek ekibi cok hizli bir sekilde sorularimi cozdu. Kesinlikle bu uygulamayi tercih edebilirsiniz. Destek ekininden Mateo'ya sevgilerle. Cok tesekkur ederim.

Using this app for my business appointments and bookings has honestly been such a wonderful and easy experience. Customer support is literally amazing and the customizations that they offer within the app is top tier. I highly recommend.
