This app and the team behind it are just one of a kind. Leo, the founder personally reached out when he saw us struggling and he was so human and incredible that it was hard to believe. He not only offered solutions, he actually put himself in our shoes and this we will never forget. I really appreciate the app and the effort he puts on customer support. He is constantly developing and enhancing the app and you can even be part of it by voting the features to be prioritised. The prices are reasonable and it does what it promises. As it is in constant iteration, you will see some small missing capabilities but that is really camouflaged by the attention and the extra mile the support team goes to help you. Highly recommend.

The 7 day free trial seems to be untrue for any of the plans apart from the lowest one, so just be aware if that going into to testing this app. After getting confused, I asked for a refund of the highest tier after 30 minutes as it did not do what we needed, and unfortunately, since the free trial was false, we lost the $36.99 - We reached out for a refund, with absolutely no hard feelings, but we haven't received a response in 2 weeks. Also be warned of their reply to reviews, I can see they cannot handle feedback and tend to lash out at these.
Hi there, Leo here, the app founder :) I just want to let you know that billing is 100% handled by Shopify so it was not an issue because of my app and I would have told you that (and I would also have refunded you on the spot) if you had contacted me on the Livechat :( To everyone reading that : I refunded them within 2h but still, they never got back to me once they had received their refund. Which is a bit harsh I admit. Not exactly sure of what I did to deserve a 1-star review on this one. By the way, they've closed their store a few days after leaving that review so I guess it might have been a competitor since all they did while being opened was to leave a 1-star review.
Leo ( the owner) is awesome! He answer's any and all questions personally regardless of the time. The app itself is extremely user friendly. I have tried out a couple of other booking apps that were just ok. There is literally no learning curve to this one. Very straight forward, works great, and priced extremely well. I'm waiting for the catch!
Amazing app! been using it for a couple of days now and wow! its so easy to use and the user interface is beautifull and very proffessional looking, i use it for online appointments and so far everything has run super smooth. 100% reccomend
