Appointment Booking Cowlendar

I love this app! It is so user-friendly. I have been using it for just over a year and I recently upgraded to get all the features. Mateo is quick to respond to customer support and is very friendly. The platform is so professional as well. It upleveled my business organization. I love the customizing control I have for my unique needs for each event and service. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an easy way to organize their booking cowlendar!

I recently started using this app and encountered some features that I wasn't sure how to use and had a few questions. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the support I received from Leo, the founder of the app. Leo was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything in detail, making it easy for me to follow the steps to set up the app properly. Having such a responsive support team is incredibly important, especially for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy. It really made the whole experience a lot easier and more enjoyable. Je suis totalement néophyte sur Shopify et l'application est très simple à prendre en main. Le processus de création et de configuration est très clair et intuitif. De plus, le support est extrêmement réactif en cas de besoin. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Theo service is so great in this app

Incredible customer service from both Theo and the founder Leo! They worked really hard to answer my questions and figure out how to best configure the app to suit our very specific needs.

Cowlender is a very user friendly app and if you are ever having a hard time, then you can always message one of the members of their team. I had an issue with getting zoom links and Sofia(one of the team members) was able to help me very quickly.

I use this app for booking private jewelry appointments. It's affordable and the customer service is fantastic. I had some issues with my 'book now' text not showing up but Mateo got it sorted out quickly for me and fixed it! Highly recommend!

Amazing app with amazing on hand support

We had a great experience with THEO, who helped us figure out how to import our booking to google calendar as opposed to doing it manually on our own! He not only replied quickly, but provided clear instructions and photos to help :) Thank you Theo!

They are great, incredibly friendly, and overall a delight to deal with. Mateo in particular always offers help whenever I am using the app and has quick solutions to every issue. Would recommend! 10/10.
