First off, the app is very easy to use and look great / professional on the site. Secondly, the customer service is amazing. Had a small issue when setting up (on a Saturday), and the chat function was fast and had me up and running within minutes. If you need an online calendar, this is it. Thanks Cowlendar!

This app is amazing, works great to set virtual appointments for my online skincare and face yoga business Derm Planet! I was looking for exactly this type of feature to fully integrate these services in addition to providing e-commerce skincare retail on the online shop. Thank you to Leo, the app developer himself, for responding promptly to my request for verification of my store for the app.

I have tried several apps for appointment booking and this is the best app ever! It's easy to use and it can automate links from google meet. It's exactly what I'm looking for. Customer support is also very helpful! Thank you Leo!

Great app and great support from Leo. It's the only appointment app that lets users change their timezone on the front end. And Leo is very helpful and fast to answer questions and requests.

So far so good. Moved from a different scheduling app that was not user friendly. This was easy to set up and Leo is really responsive to feedback and is putting in a new service timeframe variation feature shortly. Would be good if could add a duplication button to the service page as well as the main list page if possible :)

Terrible customer service they never answer their chat. I have had staff waste HOURS just sitting and waiting for a response to a simple task. So if this is how simple task are handled I would never trust this company with anything major like my customers.

But i'm only a human being and despite my best effort i can't be online 7/24 :) Please note that I deeply value every interaction with my customers, regardless of whether it involves a simple task or a major concern. Enjoying the app so far. It is easy to set up and get sorted, the calendar is a little finicky when you are trying to select custom dates for appointment creation but otherwise works well.
