I've been using this app for re-directing our customers to the store dedicated to their country for a long time using the method that automatically forwards them to the right store but I recently decided to change it so we get the popup that allows the customers to choose if they want to be forwarded but before I set it live I contacted the Cozy support team to ask some questions and their service was amazing! Kate not only answered my question perfectly, but she also made the change in the template for me and went above and beyond and even customized the template so that the style matched our website aesthetic! I'm very happy with how it looks now as it fits in with the brand perfectly and it helps to improve the experience for our customers. Thanks once again Kate!

This is app is great. Alex did a great job setting it up so it will do exactly what I want: auto-redirect except also have a button to go to the other store if desired (without getting redirected again). I can definitely recommend it.

I've been using this app for about 6 months and it works really well. The features allow for customisation as you would expect, and the rules I've created for redirecting customers to the appropriate store are reliable and easy to set up. They have been really quick to respond and very helpful which is so valuable with such an important app as this.

Very helpful and knowledgable staff. They took the time to help understand and set up the app. When there were issues they always responded within 12-24 hours with detailed information / help setting up. Works great, recommended app!

You can't do everything on your own without knowing HTML and CSS, but their support staff is quick, super-helpful, and friendly. My pop-up modal looks great.

It's a very good APP, easy-to-use and good settings, I like it! Their customer service is even more impressive, quick in replying and efficient in working. They even helped me resolve another issue which is not related to their APP. I'm quite appreciate and moved by their great customer service, best I have ever seen! Especially thanks to Steve and his team member Dean. This is the APP I will absolutely recommend and use all the time! Everyone should try it!

Support were extremely helpful. Got it setup exactly how I wanted it. Customers can now easily switch through international versions of our site.
