APP BROKEN. All my images are gone. Support ignoring me. It's been over a week and there is no way of knowing when it'll be fixed again. Do not get this app. I have cancelled my subscription as I'm just donating money to them at this point. Look elsewhere. The lack of support and response from the devs on this matter shows that even if it's fixed, they do not care about their users at all.

App went down without warning throwing an SSL cert error. This type of error can be simply fixed by paying for the correct cert and licensing. Instead, the app was down without warning, no offer for refunding, and the author recommended to me in email to find another app to use for the time being and that they don't feel like it's coming back online anytime soon. Please de-list this app. This is going to cause me over 100 man hours to fix, and my site is dead until I find the time to reb uild the 100+ affected pages. horrible.

My galleries have been down for days now and here's no way to access them. Their site gets flagged as having been hijacked.

Same! Tried to contact multiple times. Cannot access the app for days. Widespread technical failure affecting all users. Cannot recommend until fixed. Avoid this app - look for reliable alternatives.

Images has been down for 4 days. They said it would take 24hrs to fix it....4 days ago! Now they won't reply to my emails. I rely heavily on images in my business and this is catastrophic. I spent HOURS using this app for my website and now I guess I have to start over. It was a great app, but if it doesn't work and there's no customer service, why use it? If they get it fixed soon (or even reply), I will happily change this review.

Cannot access the app for days. All my project photos are trapped inside. Support isn't responding to multiple contact attempts. Even their demo site is broken. This appears to be a widespread technical failure affecting all users. Cannot recommend until fixed. Avoid this app - look for reliable alternatives.

glitchy AF. poorly coded. can hardly even upload an image. not made for mobile uploading. super rough immediately deleting

Was 5 star but now can not recommend due to SSL issue and lack of any fix. Am uninstalling and will find another app as it is apparent from the others experiencing this there is no fix coming.

Very expensive for lack of customization options such as having no photo carousel. Ugly and not very intuitive user interface. There are better free options
This was very unusual. You have been our customer for over 9 months now and yet you didn't even contact us before leaving this review. Our app clearly stated that you can create only two different types of galleries using the app- Grid and Masonry. Carousel is basically a slider and not a gallery. This is like expecting a fish to climb a tree We contacted you but you haven't replied in 24 hr. We have tried to keep the app reasonably priced following a motto that “The app shouldn't be priced more than the lowest-cost product most merchants are selling”. This is really heartbreaking. You are suggesting that the hours we have put in features, CDN and tutorials are worth nothing. And as far as customisation is concerned, I am certain that our app is providing the most customisation options. Be it effects, borders, box-shadow, custom CSS you can do it all from within the app. We even take customisation requests from users and help them out if the request is something only we can do from our end. We have lazy load on images, a reliable and fast CDN without any hacks like storing images in themes. We have our own paid service provider. Any app with half our features is available for almost double the price or more. Thanks Dave

App broke and is now causing a security issue on my storefront. Absolutely unacceptable when there are alternatives for the same price. Good bye!

The certificate has been expired since Sunday, August 17, 2025, at 02:30:11. Because the certificate is no longer valid, we are having display problems. In addition, it is impossible to contact you — by email or even through the form, an error occurs. "No response from support, today is August 28, 2025." DO NOT USE THIS APP!! The app stopped working, I uninstalled it for my website more than a month ago and I am still being billed monthly!! I requested a cancellation link or instructions for unsubscribing from their billing system and got no response. Shopify customer service cannot help either because is a third party app.

Had to install after years of good use for same SSL certificate issues everyone else had. Couldn't reach support.
