App is sufficient. We run into glitches on occasion when rearranging images or entering data that causes repeat work for the request to take, but usually sorts itself out by the second attempt. Biggest complaint was that I saw we were charged $3.99 for basic plan when advertised as $2.99. Would not have noticed this if we didn't go to the app store in Shopify. Request for assistance to fix the pricing was slow to respond. Another point to note is that the app will not allow you to downgrade your plan yourself OR view your current plan or cheaper plan options from within the app once downloaded (you can only view UPGRADE options once you sign up from within the app); if you want to downgrade your plan you need to reach out to the app developers, which, again, was slow to respond to inquiries.
