Great customer service. I had some concerns about the display font in the Popup/Lightbox caption, the support team were very accommodating and helped me out by adding the font on their end. Reply time was prompt and friendly. I'm quite pleased with how the galleries look and aesthetically fit with my shop theme. Would recommend!

This is the only photo gallery app I found that functions exactly the way I need it to and it is very easy to use. Customer support is friendly and replies quickly.

I am currently working on an art website/shop which requires a gallery page. After some searching I found this app and decided to try it out. Something that immediatly stood out to me is the large amount of customization options that this app offers (e.g. amount of images per row, borders around images, mouse hover effects). However, I required a specific function that I could not immediatly find in the app, so I decided to send customer service a message. The next morning I received an email from Steve, indicating that the function had been activated by the team! Great customer service in my opinion.

Both app and customer service are great! The amount of galleries is unlimited and there are a lot of options for editing them individually, either in a grid layout or masonry, with borders or without, etc... There is also the option to add to each picture both a caption and Alt text separately, which for me is a big bonus because I want to be able to add alt text to all pictures for SEO but not necessarily a caption. in other apps, the caption and alt text are inseparable, which means that you have to add a caption in order to have an alt text, and they can't be two separate things. Thanks a lot for such a great app and support!

I use the app for my front page for Featured Collections etc. I did have a problem in setting up Support was very helpful and quick to respond the app is user friendly and easy to navigate,does what it says. A Good app,good support very polite and responsive ,i highly recommend this app Thumbs up 5 stars,thanks again support keep up the good work.

this app doesn't put an annoying "powered by Cozy Images" link under your pictures like some other apps do... highly recommend this one

These guys are one of my favorite app developers. Their support is exceptional, their apps are intuitive, cost-effective, and clever. Outstanding in every way. Really does a great job of presenting media in my store. I have to laugh at the few one star reviews here. I've been dealing with these folks for some time now and have been nothing but impressed with them. It goes to show you some people are just impossible to please.

Love this app, it's very easy to use and the zoom effect when u hoover on the pictures won me over. they have a great customer service also, steve in particular was very helpful and sort out my issues in less then an hour. Will highly recommend, great job guys

I have a fabric display page that i used to use a costume page app to display my stores collection, but after getting so many pictures the file size became to big and i had to find a new way to manage the collection which lead me to this app. This app is very easy to use and looks amazing on the store front. I can manage my collections some much faster with this now. I don't like apps that i have to do any coding for so i was a little worried when saw you had to copy and past a line of code but their video guide showed me how to do it exactly and worked first time no issue. Note you don't go into the theme code which is why it was so easy.

This app helped me get the clean look I needed for my website through image grids that just weren't happening through the Shopify Supply theme. Now my page is organized, visually pleasing, and so much easier to navigate without having to use menus. I had one small question and their customer service was fast, friendly, and most important... helpful. Thank you!

I used this app to create a web Gallery to showcase my coastal stock photos. It was so easy to install, very user-friendly & has enough options for customizing. It has definitely improved the look of my site. Highly recommended!

This app is the BEST!!! So easy to use, it looks great and doesn't slow down my site. I looked everywhere for something to show off my imagery and THIS IS IT!!! It isn't even necessary to upgrade to a paid plan which is really crazy! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!

really happy with this app. My google analytics is always telling me most conversion are from cozy image. And customers loves to see what we do :) 5 stars! Also, I've never needed support, it's very easy to use.
