This is perfect. It does just exactly what you want and it's so easy. A breath of fresh air in just wanting to get the job done without spending a day learning how. Very responsive team. Well done!!!!

Excellent installation service - they integrated with my shop theme that I had purchased. And the app itself is very easy to use. I highly recommend it! Update: March 12, 2018 I installed a new app (NOT from this company), which really messed up my shop. Josh was amazing. Not only did he get Cross Sell working in my shop again, but identified other issues with my shop & explained how to resolve those issues.

It works! But the interface to assign relationships is painfully clunky and badly needs some rethinking. Very difficult to just visualize what's been set up and what hasn't. If we were larger than we are (more product groups) - we're about 250 products excl. variants - I can't imagine how I could keep this thing up to date. We recently migrated from Nexternal which let us hand pick every relationship for every product which was absolutely awesome but an awful lot of work, so I really appreciate the ability to group similar products rather than only to be able to assign individual products. But by the same token.... maintainability will be a challenge without a better interface.

I've been needing an app like this for my store for a while now. Very simple and easy to use, Josh and co. were quickly able to install the app and adjust it to fit my theme seamlessly (as well as handle a few additional tweaks/requests). Hand picking items to cross sell is a breeze; the admin lets you filter products by name / vendor / type / collection / published as you are searching for the best products to match with each other. Looking forward to putting Cross-Sell to work in my store!

**Update** - I've updated the review from 2 stars to 4. I can't give a 5 yet, as I really haven't had time to see results. I was contacted almost immediately after I posted my original review, and the issue was resolved. I installed the app last week. I have added them as a user to finish the code install(s). I am almost through my free trial period, and haven't even been able to use it. Actually, it may be ready, but I have received no communication since the request to add them. I have no idea what is going on, and I'm pretty dissatisfied with their customer service/response. Hopefully, I can update this review soon.

Easy to pick-up and use right away. Analytics data built in. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable support team. I WOULD recommend this product.

We have had Cross Sell running for around 3 years now. It is an app that we definitely cannot do without. Spending time and putting thought into relating products is well worthwhile, resulting in extra sales, and helps quite often to lift our average order value.

After becoming greatly frustrated with a similar app, a Shopify Guru told me this one might fulfill the functions I was seeking. I'm very happy with the end result! It's so clean, functional, appealing - and does what I want done! Tech support was fantastic, guiding me through the process effortlessly. 7 Stars from me.

Great experience with the Cross Sell app. Already seeing results. Very easy install and user experience. The Cross Sell support team is very responsive and did some customization with a very quick turn around. Must-have app, would highly recommend!

This app makes more sense for smaller items, for example, T-shirts or books, where you will buy a large quantity off but not for large and bulky items. Not many people buy several poker tables at the same time.
