On my second or third month now. I had very fast response in the beginning, to get me up and going. It was minutes and on an Australian Saturday evening too! However, with close to 2000 items, to cross-sell, I'm finding it needs some short-cuts, so products can be edited one after another, next, next, next instead of returning to the search. To clarify that: Initially I did "fast selling items" which was a collection of 160 items, and I was able to pull that collection, and do next, next, etc. However, once I'd done that, I wanted to do items without "cross-sells" but I don't seem able to do next, next with that. Also, the "link together" check box is less than straightforward, and I think "link togethers" down the track, may cancel out previous "link together" Maybe a "random" option may be helpful. Where if you have 56 "link togethers" for an item, they randomly select the 15 items each time that page is loaded. None of this is a real criticism, it's just what I find, having many items to work through. I made suggestions to the developer, and they very quickly got back to me, saying my suggestions would be carried into the further development of the app. I have 647 more cross-sells to edit, and I'm trying to get them done as swiftly as I can, as I can see the difference having the app has made. I just wish my initial website builder, had selected Cross-sell instead of Recommendify which is a lot more expensive and not as good.

This app is amazing! Stuart has been super supportive and adapted the app for out theme within no time! The app is very easy to use and adds great value to our store. We are very satisfied and highly recommend installing this application :) 5/5!

This app is so easy to use, the app developers installed it. I am creating the cross sells, they look awesome on our site. The price is a fair price to pay and hopefully your customers will like the cross sells you create. It is all about customer service and if you can improve your customers on-line buying experience everyone wins. Can not wait to see what other add-ons will be created by this company. We installed cross sell on our site and had some feedback re performance. Stuart and the team built an entire new liquid based solution for us. The support from the team was outstanding! Can't recommend this app enough if you need a replacement for the standard shopify product recommendations which are pretty much useless, or you actually want to setup up cross sells.

The app is exactly what we needed to display more relevant cross sell buying opions for our customers. Installation was quick and easy (using keepingshop.co.uk help team). Styled nicely to fit in with our site theme. Help team (Stuart) was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions in real time. Fantastic app with bundles of features and usability and from what I am told even more to come soon with even more benefits to the user and ultimately the customer and profitability. The guys at Keepingshop have been excellent to deal with going out of their way to integrate this app with my theme! Would definitely recommend!

You'd be surprised how many cross sell apps don't have the simple functionality of displaying on the cart page, but this one does:) Plus, the support is second to none! Highly recommend!

In most ways I'm pretty independent ... but when it comes to technology, I usually need someone to lean on. The CROSS-SELL TEAM gives such PERFECT, INDIVIDUALIZED attention to each client that even techno-dummies like me look BRILLIANT!!! Oh - and plus, CROSS-SELL WORKS :) My upsells have been magnificent with this app!!!

This app is awesome. Very customizable and looks perfect. Matches my theme style well and is single handedly one of the best cross sell / upsell plugins around. Stuart was a great help and would recommend to all my clients!
