Love Cross-Sell! A great way of suggesting related options to customers without using an intrusive pop up. Intuitive to set up and use. And absolutely fantastic customer service!

For a small e-commerce like mine (400 products) this is a really must-have app. The option to hand-picked every single related product instead using automatic rules for this size of e-commerce in my opinion gives allows the maximum customization and it's compatible with the number of products (no way to work with thousands and thousands of products). It was exactly what I was looking for, and I found it. The documentation is very clear and useful (much more impressive that the presentation here). Plus, the app allows to show hand-picked products also to the cart page, and this important feature it's not described here. The great "plus" is Stuart: we worked together on Sunday, yes, Sunday, and he kept on working until all my requests (that weren't so common) were satisfied! Definitely one of the best support I received, thanks Stuart!

Works perfectly! I needed to customize the related products shown on my product page, and the theme I was using didn't have this functionality built in. Cross-Sell fixed this issue for me. The support team (Stuart) was especially helpful in making sure the layout/format/appearance was perfectly integrated into my site. I thought it would take a while to get everything up and running, but Stuart got everything taken care of within an hour! Amazing!

If you are looking for a 'Related Products' type app that gives you complete control of the products that you want to recommend to your customers on a per-product basis, I would highly recommend Cross-Sell. The monthly cost is negligible and the developer went to great effort to ensure it was installed and configured correctly for our store (Thank you Stuart). As another reviewer has said, they really do deserve as much business as we can give them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great app that is easy to use and customize. Cross selling is an simple and effective way to inform potential customers of all that you offer. Increase your sales by suggesting optional accessories, up-sells and add-ons. The support we have received during initial set-up and configuration has been fantastic. I would highly recommend this app to my friends - but not my competition!

I can't say enough how much help and support I received from Stuart. He went above and beyond helping me not only with the app but with so many things. If the saying is true good things happen to good people than Stuart will be receiving a lot of good things. This is the only app that lets you manually pick out what products you'd like to recommend to customers. I highly recommend it for anyone who would like to pick and choose there products as I have done. This app has been a lifesaver for me and there should be more Stuarts in the world. Thanks so much Stuart for all your help.

I love this app, we have beeen using it for quite a while. A recent update created a problem with double posting the cross sells on our site, and they responded and fixed it almost as fast as I can write this review. Top tier support! Edit 9-30-22: Once again they blow me away with their support. Had an issue implementing a new theme, and they fixed the issue, updated my version of their app (we were still running an older version) and tweaked the code to make it look awesome. A+ support all around!

Our team was so surprised that Shopify didn't put any effort into the way their Related Items generated. So we searched for an app to do what we needed with the customization that we needed (nervous of what we would need to pay for this feature). And the Cross-Sell app is exactly what we were looking for! Its user friendly and you can't beat the price! Not only is the app flawless but the customer service we receive was as well. After downloading the app for one brand and seeing how easy the Cross-Sell team made the set up and utilization, we quickly downloaded it for our second brand. Their team went above and beyond what we needed without even asking. You should definitely use this app!
