Upsell, Cross sell & Bundles

We have some issues with the app since we have two language settings on our store but they helped and it was quick! Great app with really customer service!

Great app that is easy to use and customize. Cross selling is an simple and effective way to inform potential customers of all that you offer. Increase your sales by suggesting optional accessories, up-sells and add-ons. The support we have received during initial set-up and configuration has been fantastic. I would highly recommend this app to my friends - but not my competition!

I can't say enough how much help and support I received from Stuart. He went above and beyond helping me not only with the app but with so many things. If the saying is true good things happen to good people than Stuart will be receiving a lot of good things. This is the only app that lets you manually pick out what products you'd like to recommend to customers. I highly recommend it for anyone who would like to pick and choose there products as I have done. This app has been a lifesaver for me and there should be more Stuarts in the world. I love this app, we have beeen using it for quite a while. A recent update created a problem with double posting the cross sells on our site, and they responded and fixed it almost as fast as I can write this review. Top tier support! Edit 9-30-22: Once again they blow me away with their support. Had an issue implementing a new theme, and they fixed the issue, updated my version of their app (we were still running an older version) and tweaked the code to make it look awesome. A+ support all around!

Super easy to install and use. Looks great on our website. The only reason I don't give it a five is my wish for a bulk upload feature in the future!

Our team was so surprised that Shopify didn't put any effort into the way their Related Items generated. So we searched for an app to do what we needed with the customization that we needed (nervous of what we would need to pay for this feature). And the Cross-Sell app is exactly what we were looking for! Its user friendly and you can't beat the price! Not only is the app flawless but the customer service we receive was as well. After downloading the app for one brand and seeing how easy the Cross-Sell team made the set up and utilization, we quickly downloaded it for our second brand. Their team went above and beyond what we needed without even asking. You should definitely use this app!

This app really extends our Shopify store into a much more useful shopping destination. Stuart is very quick to respond to requests for help and does a great job. I high recommend this app.

Shopify told us this app was causing major issues with our store – we left an honest review and reached out to the developers through shopify. We also left our initial 5 star review visible below in good faith as working with Stuart in 2017 had been amazing and we hadn’t had issues with the app before. My team and I were rather taken aback by the overall tone of the emails we received from Josh regarding ‘customers qualms’ when referring to our major issue, but we tried to put it down to his own frustration with Shopify itself. Shopify now believes the app is not at fault. As clients we have little to go on other than what Shopify tells us. We have always loved the app – that is why we didn’t uninstall it as the guru had initially urged us to. We are however very disappointed with how this extremely frustrating situation was handled by Cross Sell’s customer service when communicating directly with us. Their frustration should have been directed at Shopify who named their app the issue rather than us, the customer. . --------- 5 star review Stuart went above and beyond - i have a custom theme that many people tell me stops integrations of apps but oh no Stuart got it working - tried multiple layouts until we found the one that worked the best. Amazing customer servers. Brilliant product - I'm so excited to showcase related products to my clients ... and for the price, wow pretty impressed! I will be a long term customer.

I've tried a lot of Shopify apps recently. This one was the best onboarding experience. Effortless install, quick custom styling to match our shop and the support has been personal and speedy. The team is very responsive to feature suggestions. Very good value for the price.

I'm still a tiny bit in shock at how perfectly and quickly our installation of Cross-Sell went. We took advantage of their free installation and Stuart installed it to our custom site incredibly fast and perfectly. Not only that, he offered to write code that allows us to still show our default related products function as we transition to adding products through Cross-Sell. Finally, he made us aware of an option to add cross sell products to our shopping cart and then installed it for us. Truly one of the best customer service experiences we've had EVER.

Had a few questions getting set up and Cross-Sell helped our right away! We are up and running and love the idea of targeted items. The app is well priced and easy to get going. A request is to be able to set default cross sells by category or tags.

As a data and feature junkie, this is pretty streamlined. Might wish for a few more customizations, but their customer service is awesome, they helped my troglodyte ass set the thing up, batted about Matrix references, and after they got it working properly for me, it took me only a couple of hours to set up custom cross product recommendations for 150 items. You won't be disappointed in this app, and I'm sure if I understood coding, I would like it even more. It's, like, 4 3/4 stars rounded up, not flawless, but it does it job really well.

It was 10am in Melbourne Australia, and I had a new product that was having a viral moment. Orders were coming in thick and fast, but I realised that I was missing out on a whole bunch of cross sell opportunities! I installed the app, but couldn't figure out how to get it to show up on the product page. I emailed support in the UK (it was 1am there), and said "URGENT please help! Product going crazy and urgently need an install." I wasn't expecting a response quickly, after all it was 1am in the UK - but within 15 minutes Stuart got back to me, got himself out of bed at 1am and help me install the app AND ensured it was displaying on check out. Never experienced such amazing customer service and support. If you're going to install a cross sell app - use this one! :) It's amazing and customer support is MINT!
