Upsell, Cross sell & Bundles

Stuart is very helpful while helping our store to install the cross-sell app. Highly recommend this app for it's usability and amazing customer service.

Really great support. Even 3 months after installing, I had a customization request and the crew at Cross-Sell were quick to respond, and get the job done. Even worked on it on a Sunday! I highly recommend this app because of its applications and its support.

Wow. I haven't had this great of customer service in years if ever. Stuart contacted me within minutes of me requesting the custom install and had the app live in my store 5 minutes after that. He also practically read my mind and answered the one question I had about the app just before I sent him an email asking about it. Finally, I asked if it was possible to move the Cross-Sell widget to be above a link on the page. Not only was it possible, he replied two minutes later that he had made the change and tweaked the code a little further so that it looked just right. A million thumbs up!

Love it. This is a great solution to wanting to specify which "related Products" pop up. Exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I wish it had is a better "cart" related products section. You can only specify the same products to be seen in the cart with every product, no matter which items are in your cart. I would love if the same related products that you specify to each item were to show up when you add that item to the cart. Other than that, this is great! Thanks!!

First of all the app is beautiful and does an amazing job of getting your related items in front of the customer at exactly the right time to increase your units per transaction. Let's face it sometimes its not as easy as we would like for a customer to find the other items that would fit great with the item they are looking at or buying. This solves this issue in such an elegant and effective way. If this type of recommendation didn't work, Amazon wouldn't have 6,000 versions of it on their pages. But even more amazing than the app, is Stuart, the man behind the app. I had a few issues with getting things exactly as I wanted them to look and perform. I contacted support and within the hour, Stuart had everything exactly as I had envisioned, even though it went beyond simple little changes. This is even with my ADD asking for tweaks as they were working on it, it was done perfectly! All I can say is AMAZING!! Forget any other similar app, this is the only one you need!!!!!!!
