Upsell, Cross sell & Bundles

Wow. I haven't had this great of customer service in years if ever. Stuart contacted me within minutes of me requesting the custom install and had the app live in my store 5 minutes after that. He also practically read my mind and answered the one question I had about the app just before I sent him an email asking about it. Finally, I asked if it was possible to move the Cross-Sell widget to be above a link on the page. Not only was it possible, he replied two minutes later that he had made the change and tweaked the code a little further so that it looked just right. A million thumbs up!

Update 7/11/16 - This team still delivers. We had an issue arise when working with the Quantity Break App featured by BOLD. Very quickly and correct on the first try, Cross-Sell helped us with a fix. Thank you guys! Excellent service with needing assistance to customize the look of the app (at no cost). We get to see the beauty of the app, before committing to it. It fits well into our theme and I couldn't be happier with the response and care taken to gain us as a customer. I highly recommend reaching out to Stuart for customization questions. He certainly delivers. :)

We launched this app in our store this week and am very happy with the product and service provided. It's one of the few apps we found that can provide upsells on both the product page and shopping cart.

The app was super easy to incorporate into our site and Stuart & Steve were amazing to work with when we requested customization. Really flexible and stuck with their initial quote even though it took them longer to code due to us switching over to a more complicated theme. Highly recommend!

Steve has been great to deal with and very quick to turn around the custom changes we requested for our sites - nothing is too much trouble for him to get the site looking just perfect! Cross sell provided a great way for us to try and ensure customers chose a mandatory license add-on to their hardware purchase, something we just couldn't have done without delving into the complexities of Shopify variants. I have received great customer service and they offer free customization to match with your store theme. I have used different related products apps but nothing better than Cross-Sell app. 100% recommended!

Easy to use to an extent, a lot of work to begin with but I imagine topping up will be easier. Great app, looks fantastic on the website and the guys were very helpful in getting us the right look. Looking forward to seeing the results!
