Customer Support at its best, Stuart from Cross-Sell setup our none standard Shopify theme to accommodate the app and applied some tweaks to make it all fit seamlessly. If you are thinking of trying this app then give it a go. The administrative part was easy to navigate and apply the products we wished to display with others. Well done for a practical easy to navigate & functional app. ;o)

Okay, so this is by far the best Related/Cross-Sell app we have tried. It allows you to easily pick the items you want to up-sell on a product page. It also allows up-sell/related items in the cart....Yes Please! Thank You very much. We asked for some customization like the Title/Price to be styled like our theme, and two wide displayed on mobile. All these requests were done promptly and with ease via email for us by the wonderful Tech Support Team. This App should be a standard for anyone that has a desire to up-sell, or allow customers to see better picked related items. Really tailored with the customer in mind. Superb!!

I needed some custom work done with in order to get the app working like I wanted. Stuart was amazing during the whole process. He was super responsive and even billed me for half the hours he actually put in to making the customization. That's what you call amazing customer service! The app itself is great. Being able to recommend the exact products you want is a powerful tool. The standard recommended products that was built-in to the theme was very limiting and often didn't work correctly. It would recommend the same exact products within the collection across all the products in the same collection. This was problematic for more general categories on the website. Highly recommend this app.

Really great support. Even 3 months after installing, I had a customization request and the crew at Cross-Sell were quick to respond, and get the job done. Even worked on it on a Sunday! I highly recommend this app because of its applications and its support.

Wow. I haven't had this great of customer service in years if ever. Stuart contacted me within minutes of me requesting the custom install and had the app live in my store 5 minutes after that. He also practically read my mind and answered the one question I had about the app just before I sent him an email asking about it. Finally, I asked if it was possible to move the Cross-Sell widget to be above a link on the page. Not only was it possible, he replied two minutes later that he had made the change and tweaked the code a little further so that it looked just right. A million thumbs up!

Update 7/11/16 - This team still delivers. We had an issue arise when working with the Quantity Break App featured by BOLD. Very quickly and correct on the first try, Cross-Sell helped us with a fix. Thank you guys! Excellent service with needing assistance to customize the look of the app (at no cost). We get to see the beauty of the app, before committing to it. It fits well into our theme and I couldn't be happier with the response and care taken to gain us as a customer. I highly recommend reaching out to Stuart for customization questions. He certainly delivers. :)
