I trawled the internet and added and removed several apps before I came across this one. I wanted a simple solution for a simple requirement- link matching items and make it clear to my customers that the item they were viewing was part of a bigger collection. Until I came across this app it seemed there wasn't a straightforward solution that I could install and manage myself, without having to send emails back and forth and attempt to connect to zoom calls with developers who had terrible internet and were unable to walk me through the process as I was unable to grasp it alone. Time is money and I am very impatient and I needed an app that was quick to set up so I couuld move on to the next task on my neverending to do list! This app seems to be exactly what I am looking for. Easy to install, fast, clear and straightforward responses from the developers who were only too pleased to help (nothing worse than needing help from a developer who makes it clear they have better things to do than answer basic questions!) I would 100% recommend this app, especially if you are a complete technophobe like I am!

Guys, don't use this app for now, I promise you will encounter something wrong. Some of the functions are broken. The team is fixing this, and it is hard to notice, but I promise it is not good to users. And it may take you days or weeks or more to fix once it happens to your store, so be careful! Mine has not yet been fixed till now for more than 1 week. I am a paid user $79 per month! I will update here when all is fine, I just don't want the other users to experience the same frustration.

This app is amazing and I think it truly has the potential to boost sales significantly. I've only had the app for a week as of now, but Cross Sell is already getting tons of clicks. Customer service is very responsive and helpful; I needed a way to programmatically set up cross sells, so I reached out to them and got a response in a few hours detailing a very satisfactory method of doing this. I would definitely recommend this to anyone seeking to expand sales and looking for great customer support!

We downloaded this app after previously using another one that we found was dated and hard to navigate. Since using this app it was super easy to select hand picked cross sells, the app was easy to use and understand, we found it more modern, and suited our website perfectly. We've had only one issue with the display pics on website, being a bit out of line (not looking how we wanted it to look) however we emailed the support team and got a super speedy response, henry was so helpful and fixed the issue we had straight away, super easy process! Really enjoying this app! :)

LOVE this app! The default Shopify product recommendations are a bit random, and Cross Sell has some amazing functionality that's converting so many more sales for us. Support was super quick and helpful too. Highly recommend!

Great app with lots of flexibility. I have had it installed a few weeks and have seen an immediate increase in revenue. The support was awesome when I switched themes and had to get everything in working order.

I've been using this app for YEARS in my shop. I had a VERY RARE circumstance were I had to contact Tech support last week. Henry contacted me RIGHT BACK! He even followed up with me when the issue was resolved. Also, Petra helped me last year with an upgrade, and that was phenomenal service as well. Love this app--highly recommend!

Does what we wanted and more. Cross selling is a much needed feature, but to be able to analyse sales through cross selling with this app, is great for visual merchandising and for campaign activity.

I recently installed Cross Sell and ran into an issue. Petra from Cross Sell was great at helping me figure out what I needed to know. Now the app is installed and works so much better than the app I was using before. It's AI does a great job of recommending other products to my customers that are a natural fit with what they are looking at. Great product, great service, great price. Couldn't ask for more.

Great app which has definitely given us lots of value for the money and the customer service is excellent!
