I installed this app as it was recommended to us by another app. Unfortunately the support for the app is very slow and I am getting only 1 reply every 24 hours if I am lucky. Its been nearly a month since we installed the app and we are still yet to have a working feature which we are paying for. It could potentially be a good app, however I can't comment as I can not get any help from there team to actually get this up and running in our store. They also have a live chat feature within the app, however there is never anyone on the live chat and you are advised to send emails. Don't install this app unless you are willing to wait over a month for support if it doesn't work when first installing.

Great support - been through 20+ emails together and we finally got the desired UI. Super patient along the way, and very consistent support.

A great app to use for your store - gives you the opportunity to manually add recommendations & add ons across your site. As a new user of this app I have had the best support for the Cross Sell Support Team - they're happy to answer any queries and are quick to resolve any issues that may come up.

The app was easy to install and the cross sell support team were helpful in answering my questions. There were a few things that needed to be changed to suit our branding however this was done promptly :)

We have been using the Cross Sell app for a few months now and we have seen an increase on sales from it. We needed some help updating the app to show specific products and the customer service team was fast and helpful.

This is one of the best apps I use - it more than pays for itself. I love that it lets me hand-pick which items to suggest for each product. That helps my shop keep its small biz feel even though I'm using a big-biz tool.

Tried this app, wasn't working properly so I immediately uninstalled. Was still charged for a full month with NO way to contact the company. I would appreciate if you would reach out to me to get this taken care of please.

A simple and easy integration into your shop! Many options for customizations when it comes to cross selling products. Equipped with an extremely helpful and responsive customer service team who are more than willing to help you with your cross sells!

The app is excellent and easily integrated into your store. The support team are extremely helpful, quick to respond and on-hand to help if you have any questions or difficulties setting things up. Couldn't recommend this app and team more.

It is a nice app and works well but they have a crazy pay-per-click pricing policy for upsells. They priced themselves out of the running and we found another app just as good for a set price.
