I used the crush feature and was able to shave a lot off the image sizes. Support has been excellent.

Does everything it says on the tin and made updating nearly 400 pics and file names a 30 second task instead of a nightmare! Very intuitive User Experience and very reasonable price. Support was also fast and thorough!

Does exactly what it says it does. My files dropped on average 25% of the order. It's now working on subbing out appropriate ALT Tags and File Names. One caveat: if you have hundreds and hundreds of pics, it may take a couple of days total to optimize and rename.

This app was very helpful in resizing the photos for more efficiency when loading. They were able to create alt tags for photos when we loaded new products. I am a novice and I found the app very easy to use.

App did fantastic job. Support is fast effective. If you need to make your custom photos work for you, you need this app. If you need 100% pictures on your site including all blogs to be faster opening you need this APP. I gain almost 10% in speed of my site. I will use it for other sites as well

This app has a great interface but unfortunately it randomly corrupted a scattering of images right across our site, including some collection images - this took a long time to sort out as there were over 1400 pictures to check. Update: Developer working with us on issue - great support.

I’ve had the crush.pics app for over a year and it works really well and more importantly, their support team is phenomenal. Not only did they respond quickly and thoroughly, but they go out of their way to make sure your response is complete. Great app, great company!

Wow! Took days to "compress" and didn't do a thing. I thought maybe there was some issue, so I wrote support. They are nothing but smoke and mirrors and why their product doesn't work with a bunch of BS that if I wasn't in SEO, I would probably have fallen for. Beware! They try to sell other people's services that I would really run from, based on how snake-like their Customer Service was. I understand site speed and I know my tools. I am working on all aspects of the site's speed and can certainly tell when the images are fixed. I know there are parts that I cannot control and don't need to be told that, when asking why the images are not compressed.

I use this app to make my images smaller and load quicker, works well! Takes just a few minutes and very easy to apply to all new images you upload in one go so you can leave it working while you do something else.
