I use this app to make my images smaller and load quicker, works well! Takes just a few minutes and very easy to apply to all new images you upload in one go so you can leave it working while you do something else.

Firstly, I used the recommended options- this DID cut the overall size down by 63%... BUT some images just appeared as lines, some of the images were too blurry to make out, etc. So we restored the images- this got stuck for 12~ hours until support decided to contact me back and fix the issue... Doesn't help that we're not down on half a day of sales. The worst part? I've paid 9.99 to use a third of my 2GB allowance, just to lose half a day of sales and have my images ruined.

This app cleaned up my photos and saved me some nice loading time. I've got other issues, haha! But this app is a breeze and the support is spot on!

Changing the template they try to charge me again for the same pics, reaching out to support to ask for my money back they wont even give me the time. Waste of money.

It provides both automatic features of Lossy and Lossless compression which you can choose from. It also comes with Image SEO features, and I use both all the time.

Excellent and easy to use. I compressed more than 1,000 photos in a few hours using the automation. I chose what kind of photos I want to compress and that's it. Recommended.

Beyond frustrated with this app after at least a full year of using it. When it runs it does run faithfully but it doesn't do very much and doesn't run a good portion of the time. First, it barely compresses the photos... as in you'll get maybe 4%. Never notified when the app has an update and needs to be installed. Earlier this year, for an unknown period of time, the app was not even running even though it was installed on my site and I was paying for it. App requires that your browser accept all cookies and cross-site tracking. If your settings are the least bit off and you try to go to the app dashboard, it will just get stuck in a loop of redirecting to different pages on their server and the only way out of the never-ending loop is to close the browser and relaunch and go back to your Shopify admin. After re-enabling all cookies and tracking again today, I was able to get the screen to load and got another error... A new 12.1 update of my browser just came out only 2 days ago and Crush.pics is suddenly no longer compatible with 12.0. Literally over the past weekend, not compatible. I don't have any more time to waste with this app.

Good product. You can never go wrong with a free trial. We've enjoyed it and have kept it on our shop.

Simply phenomenal. Having 2000+ images on my website, load times were very frustrating both in collection and product pages. When I tried out this app, I immediately realized it was made for me. It has compressed all the images in less than 24hours and ALT-renamed all of them. A very clean job. PNG files were compressed up to 80% lossy, but I can't really tell the difference. Definitely recommended to all people having large quantity of pictures in their website, not only products but also assets, logos, etc... Copy/Paste from inside the app, this is the result: Saved 460 MB FROM 830 MB TO 370 MB (55%)
