I have sent 2 support messages over the past few weeks about them displaying the incorrect country flag for Cyprus on the currency converter and have received no response nor changing of the flag.

"This app caused serious issues on our store, and we never received a response from the support team!" We installed this app for currency conversion purposes. However, after installation, we started receiving customer complaints that regardless of the selected variant, only one specific option (S-Small) was being added to the cart. Additionally, our site performance dropped significantly, and we encountered multiple error messages in the developer console. We manually tried to restore our theme settings, but the issues caused by the app were not fully resolved. We reached out to the developer team via email, but we never received any response. Due to the lack of technical support, we cannot recommend this app. If the issues are fixed and proper support is provided, we are open to updating our review.
