This app has made it possible for us to sell fabric by the square inch even though it is priced by the yard. It is easy to edit and duplicate the calculators, and also to add the calculator to products without having to add code or edit html. Support is great - response within an hour, and fixed within minutes.

Installing and customizing the app requires more assistance than usual, but the support team is exceptionally dedicated and willing to go the extra mile. While the app is not as straightforward as others, it performs well once set up. However, it can be challenging to install and customize, and we found it a bit overpriced for our needs. Overall, it's a decent app if you're prepared for some initial effort.
The app has a good base and would be a good too for many businesses. But the fact that it cannot work with Base Shopify Variants takes away the value of this app for our situation. We sell items that have Standard and Custom sizes, but this app cannot do custom pricing at the variant level so it's a no for us. Customer Service was great though, so still dropping a 5 star review. Extend the functionality to allow assignment at the Variant/SKU level and you would have a fabulous product that would certainly have a much larger appeal and market.
Amazing service by Kristina, who helped us customize the app. That being said, it is mostly ready to use out of the box, so don't worry. Among all similar apps, this one has been the easiest to understand. The logic of this type of app can be very tricky to grasp. What makes the app stand out is that it comes with examples that you can just use and duplicate. Also, the UI using drag and drop is super user-friendly, and the preview button lets you try on the go. Whether you want to keep it basic or get more advanced, it's easy and fast to implement once you know what you want to achieve. Slowly, we're adding more options such as photo uploads, which are also integrated into the app, a great perk, honestly. Highly recommend; trust us, we've done the job of comparing all available options on the app store ;)

Took the issues they had very serious
Good app overall. Stil, there are some things to be fixed or improved. Very good customer support, hands on. Waiting time is not that great, but the end result is usually positive. I do recommend the app! John

Let me first say that customer service is TOP NOTCH. They are highly responsive and extremely helpful. I turned to this app, after having a dissatisfying experience with a similar, more expensive app, that blocked my product listings from utilizing other installed apps that were essential to my sales. This app works much better for my needs, and I have no plans of going back :) Learn from my mistakes. Start here first. They won't disappoint.
I have been spending too much time fixing customer artwork and I needed a way to start charging for that time. We are a small business, and I did not have time to try and figure out how to make the calculator figure in an art fee. I asked for help and Kristina followed up with a call and was quickly able to configure the calculator to do exactly what I needed it to do. I can't express how much this will help on our bottom line. I'm so glad now that we aren't giving our services away! Thank you so much!!
