Bespoke Shipping is a very powerful way to set up your ship rates. Our products are drop shipped from suppliers located in multiple locations across the US, with disparate shipping providers. We therefore, are unable to use a standard shipping application. Bespoke can handle our unique situation because it provides the ability for complete customization. Through a detailed line of questioning, Min understood our needs and was able to offer up a solution. Min is very responsive, replies within 24 business hours and even programmed the rules for our business. Thank you Min! Bespoke also enabled us to easily sync up our unique ship rates with Google feed, an important driver of our business, in an easy to manage process. We've been using Bespoke since 2014 and I'm very pleased. I highly recommend!

left a competitor for this app as the previous app had a lot of limitations which bespoke shipping app doesn't have - very easy to use - Min was very quick and helpful at responding to sort out my issues - very happy with the app

One of the best value apps on the app store, and the only shipping app we're aware of that allowed us to build custom logic with code which is exactly what we required given the complex nature of our shipping rules. Support is also very good, with quick and helpful replies.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Min at Bespoke shipping. We have store that sells a living product, so our shipping is inherently tricky. I wasn't sure we would ever be able to get our store to a place where shipping wasn't a constant headache. I started researching different apps available via Shopify and Bespoke kind of stood out from the pack. Min is one of the most wonderful developers out there-- Min is fast, smart and understands the needs of a small business. Very happy we stumbled onto this app and we'll happily be Bespoke customers for as long as our store is active. Thank you Min for your unparalleled customer service.

Bespoke shipping is an incredible app that has greatly enhanced our fulfillment process both internally and from a customer-facing perspective. Our company has fairly complicated shipping needs, but Bespoke Shipping is up to the task. Not only does the app work very well, but Min provides the most excellent customer support. Min always responds quickly and adds custom code to our app whenever it is needed.

The app truly has the functionality to do anything and has been a life saver in simplifying our logistics and preventing issues with customer services. I also cannot praise Min enough, she emails back within minutes and always understands your request and customises your zones accordingly as the nesting of zones can be a bit complicated at times. I moved to a new company that were struggling with their courier management and I knew instantly to download Bespoke and it solved their month-long issues within one day! Keep it up guys

As the majority of the other reviews indicate, the support you receive with this app is astonishing. If you have shipping limitations and are using the Shopify platform, I am confident in saying there is no better app to at least try. The app is consistent and I have used it across multiple client stores. I highly recommend the app and the team behind Bespoke Shipping.

This app, and the support you get with it, are nothing short of incredible. We use this app with shopify plus to be able to offer pickup and ‘split’ shipments with additional rules that just aren’t possible with the shopify OOTB multi-origin shipping functionality. Shopify OOTB will only display those pickup locations which have ALL items available in that location - with Bespoke and some custom code from our developers, we can now display pickup locations which have SOME of the items in a customer's cart and simply enable the customer to remove the unavailable item(s) so they can proceed with placing an order for items that are in a location close to them. Before we would 'lose the whole sale' because their closest location that had all their items, was hundreds (if not thousands) of kilometres away. We’re also using this app to apply a myriad of rules on shipping fees displayed to customers, based on a combination of weights, box size and both shipping and sending locations/countries – AND with various carriers. To be honest it’s pretty eyewatering the amount that we use this app for – there are lots of third-party suppliers that do the same for ten times the price, if not more. And the time and quality of responses to queries is phenomenal – Min – you rock!!! Definitely an app I would recommend to everyone (and will continue to do).

Really powerful app - I'm migrating from another platform that had much more robust shipping and thought I'd never be able to get my shipping set up the way I wanted it. I've got postcode zones, free shipping thresholds, discounted rates, weight threshholds, and more. Min helped me to get this working exactly the way I wanted it, helped troubleshoot and generally acheived what I thought was going to be impossible. Highly recommend, and thanks to Min for all the patience :)

This is a fantastic app. Yes, it's more technical than others, but once it all makes sense it's really powerful. It's great in conjunction with Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery. I have been able to connect Bespoke Shipping directly in Shopify as a carrier calculated shipping service, and use rules to stop it display rates for pickup and delivery. Fantastic. I have contacted support once and Min was quick to respond and helpful.

Great help desk... Got great assistance in setting up. Technically competent support and knew the complex answers. We go from boxes to pallets to 21 zones with different packaging and shipping requirements, and it works exactly how it's advertised.

Fantastic app! Before choosing it, I looked at other shipping apps. Some were as much as 4x the price for similar functionality. Min provides amazing customer support and has been very helpful, patient, and prompt with my millions of questions! When there is a problem (and it's usually my fault, or Shopify, or an integration issue having to do with another app) Min is quick to solve it and suggest ways to optimize it's use. If you use Zapiet for Local Deliveries this app integrates beautifully. I use it as a way to price different delivery slots at different rates eg if a customer is flexible they pay a low rate for a 9-5 window. If they need a 2 hr window it's a higher rate. This has solved my route logistics headaches.
