Min is a BOSS!! I had probably one of the most complicated shipping integrations someone could have 1000's of zip codes and they worked with me getting it integrated on my product pages and it now runs perfect. I am not a person who leaves a lot of reviews either it has to be great and they went above and beyond! thanks!

Very happy with the App. The App allowed us to add lots of customized rates with easy to use setup Wizards. Plus great, fast customer service! We'd already installed and had received responses to our initial setup questions with the app publisher before some of the other apps we'd looked at even replied to let us know they'd received our initial inquiry into their apps. We've been using the app now for about 2 months and right on point, easy to understand, hand written (not automated) support replies come back very quickly. We couldn't be more happy with this app and the support we've received.

This app is simply awesome, I tried some similar apps (which were good I had no issue with them or their support teams) but this app is for both novicies and crazy power users like myself. The ability to craft a script tailored to you personal needs with proper AND/OR rulesets allows for almost unlimited possibilities, I've not played with their Macro tool yet as the Wizard system allows me to do what I need. Min at MZL has been a great help answering my questions regarding rule logic, I'm not sure if Min sleeps as I get answers almost instantly at all times. 6 out of 5 stars for this app. :)

The level of support was exceptional. Min helped us set up all our rates after I had some trouble doing it myself. Mins communication was excellent and timely and took the time to answer all of our questions. This completely took the stress out of setting up our new delivery system and rates. Highly recommend this app, I still cant believe they did all this for us!

I was having a terrible time trying to get shipping sorted for my store and I did not understand it at all. I downloaded this app and everything was sorted. I have complicated delivery calculations and had been using another app for years that just wouldn’t meet my needs. I then stumbled across this app and it can do everything I’ve ever wanted, and more. And the support from Min has been absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended and I don’t say this of many Apps.

We have some complicated shipping scenarios that we need handled through our website, and this app has been able to accommodate all of our needs. Min has been incredibly helpful (and patient!) in assisting me with getting everything set up, and I can't thank him enough. If you have products that ship LTL, this is the app you need!

Absolutely the only shipping app that would handle our complex shipping criteria. Relatively easy to configure once you take the time to understand how it works. And when you come up against a challenge, the support from Min was incredible. Weekday, Saturday, Sunday, support when we needed it. Would recommend in a heartbeat. We've been using the app for 4 years now and needed some support in making alterations and Min was fantastic, best app support I have ever dealt with.

Wow - searched for a long time to find an app to rate shipping and give customers reliable delivery dates. This app is more technical than others but has endless possibilities and the developer is there with you every step of the way. By far an away the best solution out there.

We have just started to use this app to help us with some of our more complex shipping rules. Min was very helpful, they understood our requirements and implemented our solution quickly and efficiently, 5 star customer service. I would highly recommend this app. Quick update - After a few months using the app, we need to implement some new shipping rules, this app is so powerful, i managed to set up new rules based on UK postal zones. I need a bit of help from app and the support is so good, they got back to me in less than an hours with the resolution. Top class.

Utilizzo questa app per le spedizioni da diversi luoghi di produzione e funziona benissimo, ho contattato L'assistenza ed è stata super veloce per fornirmi aiuto. L'unica pecca se si può dire è che (non funziona bene con il contrassegno, nel carrello di shopify altrimenti è una garanzia
