CustomCat is one the best print on demand company out there. I have being using them fulfil my faith based apparel products for years. I love their customer service especially Mr. mike who goes extra mile to help you out. Their app is user friendly. They have variety of product to pick from compare to other print on demand company. Their printing quality is great, and no complain from my customers.

Great customer service with a nice selection. Navigating the app gets easier after a few uses. Quality of everything has been good so far. Fulfillment and shipping times haven't been bad. I have an order that has been in production for 4 days right now which is unusual but hopefully it ships tomorrow. Im confident customer would be extremely helpful again if I was to reach out. They have been fantastic.

i called today wanting to purchase a sample of one of my products and I was instantly greeted by a great, friendly and genuine guy named Brett. I had so many questions on how things worked and not one time did I feel rushed or unwelcomed to ask away. He was patient, gave great direction and we shared a few laughs in between. I feel more educated on the process and happy to get to know a little better about the company that I am trusting to make my products shine. We agreed that it's a give and give business situation. If you give them (they are easy requirements) artwork, they will give you a great product in return. I highly recommend this company- Les

I had some problems because I got confused with the whole thing but the customer service people were there every time I had an issue. Even the "stupid" questions I asked they treated me so kindly. If you are looking for a print on demand company with people who are there - and always quick with a response - for you then Custom Cat is the one you want.

I have been doing ecom for many years and used dozens of POD suppliers and apps. Customcat is my #1 app for many of my best-selling products, especially when it comes to personalizing items. I never had any issues with them and customer support is awesome. I can guarantee they will go out of their way to sort out any issue you have. Delivery times are great and -most importantly - their print quality is SUPERB! They deserve 5 stars for that alone.

I have not found a POD app that makes building products and collections as simple as CustomCat. There selection of products is huge, their pricing is some of the lowest you'll find for the products they offer, and the support team is top notch. I highly recommend CustomCat.

I just tried setting up CustomCat on my Shopify account and had a bit of an issue. I sent an email describing the issue and received a quick email reply from Brett, including a phone number to call if I had additional questions or concerns. I called the number and spoke with Brett directly and received great direction on what steps I need to take to resolve the issue (including how to videos on CustomCat's website.) It is really comforting to know you can call and speak to a live person. Down time is lost business time and it is great to get a quick response! Thanks!
